A Melbourne office worker left her colleagues stunned after using a Kmart air fryer at her desk - but reactions online were divided about the unconventional workplace act.
Jessica Ricci, 30, posted a TikTok video a few days ago demonstrating her newly purchased Kmart Mini Air Fryer in the office.
The 12-second video shared the podcast partnerships manager saw her open her deskside cabinet drawer to reveal the compact cooking device, which retails for $35.
Jessica placed the airfryer alongside her laptop and computer monitor and proceeded to plug it into her desk's power board.
The overlaid caption on the video read: 'POV: you were sick of waiting for the office microwave'.
The Melbourne worker then proceeded to open a packet of frozen gluten free chicken nuggets and pop them into the airfryer.
Moments later, she removed the cooked chicken pieces from the device and placed them on a plate.
She then reached back into her drawer to retrieve a bottle of hot chilli sauce, before happily displaying her finished hot lunch.

FEMAIL reached out to Jessica, who works on the She's on the Money podcast,to ask how her colleagues responded to her office lunch hack.
'The girls in the office loved it!' declared Jessica.
'We all had a bit of a giggle at how silly it was but also got so excited to be able to make snacks. It's a bit more fun than your usual canned tuna.'
Jessica revealed that she'd recently spotted the Kmart compact cooking device and bought it specifically to use in the office.
She added that the video documented the 'first time I've used it'.
After seeing how successful the mini appliance was for making a workplace lunch, Jess said she's already begun thinking about what to cook in it next.
'I have my eye on half the freezer section at Coles,' she said.
Jess added that she also sees potential for making warm sweet treats.

But the comments section of the video also contained concerned replies about the safety of Jessica's set-up.
One highly-liked comment questioned whether the air fryer uses 'a lot of watts' before helpfully suggesting that she 'unplug the computer to not blow a breaker'.
'And you didn't get an electrical safety check and the whole office went down,' sarcastically replied another person.
However other observant viewers insisted that Jessica had indeed 'unplugged' the computer monitor 'to make room for [the] air fryer'.
FEMAIL asked Jess whether her colleagues had any concerns about her using the air fryer at her desk.
'No dramas at all,' Jess confirmed. 'My boss is usually first in line to join in on something fun, and she loves a little treat as much as the rest of us.'
Indeed, Jess' colleague and podcaster Victoria Devine even jumped into the comment section to share her response.
