Abbie Chatfield's boyfriend Adam Hyde has been lampooned for his overly enthusiastic response to the NRL Women's premiership.
Posting on TikTok on Monday, Abbie, 30, shared a video of her musician beau, 35, gawking as he watched the Brisbane Broncos Women face off against the Sydney Roosters Women.
In the clip, a wide-eyed Adam was seen pacing frantically, grasping at his long locks and leaning into the TV screen as he watched the game with baited breath.
Abbie facetiously captioned the footage with: 'Women's sport is boring', before adding: 'Only if you're a misogynist!!!!! This is the only sports game we have ever watched together LMAO UP THE BRONCS!'
But many users weren't convinced by Adam's zealous display.
'He is so forced,' one user wrote, as another quipped: 'He's a great actor'.

Elsewhere, someone else commented: 'Anyone actually believe he reacts like this? lol Most don't even react like this for the men. Blink bro, we'll rescue you haha.'
One user pointed out that the entire montage was filmed during the last eight minutes of the game, asking: 'Where's the other 70 mins of 'excitement'?'
However there were other users that praised Adam for openly supporting women's sport.
'I love him so much. What a perfect example of a man,' one user wrote, as another agreed: 'He is the biggest hype man for women and we're all here for it.'

Abbie and Adam have been going from strength to strength since debuting their romance in June 2024.
She has even featured in his on-stage performances and is the subject of his hit song, Dancing2, which is released under Adam's stage name, Keli Holiday.
Earlier this year, Abbie sparked engagement rumours with Adam after showing off some bling she received on her 30th birthday - but later clarified that the pair are not yet engaged.
