Anais Gallagher declared her mum Meg Mathews as the 'coolest chick' as she rang in her 60th birthday on Saturday.
The daughter of Oasis rocker Noel shared a series of photos to her Instagram Story as she celebrated the animal activist's milestone.
Anais captioned her update: 'It's my gorgeous mum's 60th birthday today. Literally the coolest chick.'
'Also, she's been campaigning against animal cruelty since long before I was born,' she added.
In an update to her own page, Meg explained that she would be spending the day at an animal sanctuary in Norfolk.
She said: 'It's a beautiful day. It's my 60th and I'm spending it with my family and we're going to The Gunton Arms, which is one of my favourites.'

Meg married Noel in Las Vegas in 1997 but they divorced less than four years later - an acrimonious split, which was described as one of the nastiest in recent celebrity history.
However, the pair have now made amends with the Daily Mail's Katie Hind revealing in July that she was Noel's rock once again following his £20million divorce from his second wife, Sara MacDonald, and helped him navigate the Oasis reunion with Liam.
Socialite Meg had met the guitarist just nine months before he and his brother Liam, now 52, defined a new era of Britpop following the huge success of their debut album, Definitely Maybe.
She proved Noel's rock as he navigated his new-found fame but their marriage wasn't to last.
With a special VIP ticket arranged by Noel, Meg attended the band's first gig in Cardiff on July 4 alongside the couple’s daughter Anais.
There were claims Meg had walked out of the performance early before the band's 1995 hit single Wonderwall was played, which Noel reportedly wrote about her.
But on social media, Meg hit back - insisting that, while she did leave early, she did so to avoid the crowds leaving the venue at the end.
Certainly outwardly, memories of their time together appear to be largely happy ones. Ahead of the comeback tour, Meg counted down the days by sharing loved-up snaps of her with Noel from their married days.

Some suggest Anais has been a key factor in bringing the pair together. But others say that the Oasis tour has played a bigger part in sealing their friendship.
Anais has previously hit back at those branding her a nepo baby in an impassioned interview.
Speaking to H! Fashion magazine, the influencer thanked her Oasis icon father Noel for the 'financial stability' he gave her early in life, but insisted she had paved out her own success.
She said: 'There are a lot more dangerous industries in which nepotism is around - look at Donald Trump's sons.'
'I would be far more concerned with people making legislation than an actor wanting to help out their daughter who wants to be an actress.'
'All my privilege and, in quotation marks, "luck" has come from my financial stability - not my dad's fame.'
