Madix recently opened up about her cosmetic procedures, including the one she just tried for the first time.

On the Thursday, June 12 episode of Love Island USA, the star, 39, took her hosting duties to the next level with a jaw-dropping brunette hair transformation. The look was achieved with the help of a wig and Madix's hairstylist Carl Bembridge.

"Moment On The Dark Side," the stylist wrote in the caption of an Instagram Reel.

The video also showed off Madix's sexy ensemble: a red pleather mini dress with cutout details and a dramatic cape from RVNG Couture from the brand's Spring/Summer 2025 "Exhale" collection.

The host accessorized with red choker necklaces, rings and red platform sandals.

Season 7 of the reality dating show premiered on Peacock Tuesday, June 3, with some technical difficulties. The season was set to drop at 9 p.m. ET and 6 p.m. PT, but a minute after its premiere time, Peacock announced there would be a slight delay.

"WE GOT A TEXT! 👀 Tonight's episode will be slightly delayed. But it is worth the wait ❤️🔥🏝 Stay tuned! #LoveIslandUSA," the X post read.

The delay turned into another 40 minutes, though audiences in Canada reported that the premiere episode was available on the CTV streamer.

Several users expressed their frustrations on X, and nearly 45 minutes after the initial air time, the streamer announced the show was airing.

"Thank you for your patience! The #LoveIslandUSA episode is officially live now. Enjoy the premiere 💖,"
the streamer said in another X post.

Ahead of the show's premiere, Madix opened up about her cosmetic procedures while speaking with Page Six's Virtual Reali-Tea podcast hosts Evan Real and Danny Murphy. During the chat, the Vanderpump Rules alum revealed that she'd just had her "first laser treatment."

"I've been very interested in that for a long time. I keep things at a minimum,"
said Madix, who is set to turn 40 on June 24. She also shared that she gets Botox "every six months or so."
"I just got a little bit in my lips because they were getting really crusty on the inside. I never go more than 0.5 at a time ... Because I never want to look crazy,"
Madix added of lip fillers on the podcast.

She explained that she doesn't "want to be preoccupied" with the idea of aging "too much," but acknowledged that there is "a lot of pressure" in the industry.

"But at the same time, if you feel good about doing something, go ahead and do it. At the end of the day, it's nobody's business,"
Madix added.
"I am in a position where that stuff does matter, but I also know ... I'm going to get older no matter what. ... If you don't age, you just die. I'd rather be aged than dead,"
she said.
