FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - The 2026 Arkansas Invitational track and field meet will take place Friday at the Randal Tyson Track Center with competition beginning at noon.
Arkansas will host athletes from Tennessee, Stephen F. Austin, Oral Roberts, North Texas, Central Arkansas, UT Arlington, Iowa, Arkansas-Pine Bluff, and Louisiana Tech in the indoor meet.

Field events open competition with the men's shot put at noon, followed by the women's pole vault at 12:30 p.m. Running events begin with the women's 60-meter hurdles preliminaries at 12:30 p.m. and the men's 60-meter hurdles preliminaries at 12:45 p.m.
The national anthem is scheduled for 1:55 p.m., with distance events beginning at 2 p.m. The women's mile opens the running schedule, followed by the men's mile at 2:25 p.m.
Sprint preliminaries and semifinals will run throughout the afternoon, with finals scheduled for the evening session. The 60-meter hurdles finals are set for 5:15 p.m. for women and 5:20 p.m. for men, while the 60-meter dash finals follow at 5:25 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Distance events highlight the evening schedule, with the women's 3,000 meters at 7:25 p.m. and men's 3,000 meters at 7:55 p.m. The meet concludes with the 4×400-meter relays, with the women's event at 8:20 p.m. and men's event at 8:45 p.m.
Field events continue throughout the day, with the men's high jump and women's high jump both beginning at 6:20 p.m. The women's weight throw closes field event competition at 7 p.m.
