Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have relisted their Beverly Hills marital mansion after slashing the price by $16M.
The exes are once again attempting to sell the sprawling home they bought in cash for $60.8 million in May 2023, nearly one year into their marriage.
On Friday the pesky palace went back up for sale for $52M, well below the initial $68M asking price attached to the property in July 2024, per TMZ.
It comes after the 56-year-old Kiss of the Spider Woman star and 53-year-old Air actor removed their house from the market in July after it had no takers.
As they struggled to get the property off their hands earlier this year, they'd lowered the price by $8 million in May.
Ben and Jennifer originally tried selling the estate privately before going public with the listing.
Per TMZ, the former husband and wife took out a $20 million mortgage when buying the Los Angeles abode.
Jennifer has since bought a smaller 10,046 sq ft home in Hidden Hills, closing on the property in February.
But in the meantime, as she remodels her new bachelorette pad, she is reportedly still living in the home that's for sale.
As for Ben, he vacated the Beverly Hills home in July 2024 -- one month before his then-wife filed for divorce -- and purchased a Brentwood mansion for $20.5M.
However, he's already moved on after finding a more luxurious and private house that was still under construction earlier this year.
Jennifer filed for divorce from Ben on their two-year wedding anniversary in August 2024.
Ben shares Violet, 19; Fin, 16; and Samuel, 13; with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, 53.
Meanwhile, Lopez shares fraternal twins Emme and Max, 17, with ex-husband Marc Anthony, 57.

A Zillow listing describes Ben and Jennifer's 38,000 sq ft Beverly Hills estate as 'recently renovated with the highest level of quality.'
Features listed include a boxing ring and sports lounge, fully equipped gym, basketball and pickleball courts, and a bar.
There is also a 12-car garage, guest penthouse, caretaker house and a two-bedroom guardhouse.
In June an insider exclusively told the Daily Mail, 'Ben and JLo slashed the price on their Beverly Hills mansion for $8 million less than they paid for it, but this is nothing to Ben.'
'He really just wants this to be sold so that he can cut the final cord that keeps him and Jennifer intertwined,' it was added.
