A dispatcher stated, 'A black sedan, erratic braking, swerving and driving with no tail light.'
One officer then requested, 'Can we send all units down towards this area please?' The vehicle was later identified as a '2026 black BMW convertible.'
The call initially began around 8:13pm and dispatch confirmed an hour later at around 9:13pm that the 'driver is out of the vehicle.'
A source recently told the Daily Mail that Spears has been sober since her DUI arrest and has also been attending AA meetings in Los Angeles.
'Britney has been very open and honest in her AA meetings; she has said she loves pouring her heart out as she knows that is the best way to heal and feel better,'
the insider stated.
'The only thing she has indulged in is fancy coffee drinks. She is being super careful because she wants to be there for her kids.'
The singer has also been spending time with both of her sons Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden, 19 - whom she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
'She is very happy that they are close again; it is healing her heart; she loves her sons,'
the source said.
Last week, the singer shared an Instagram post as she enjoyed a rare reunion with both of her sons for a sailing trip.
Her children stood on either side of her as they spent time on a boat together after her DUI arrest.
Spears donned a pair of white denim bottoms as well as a pink cropped top for the relaxing day on the water.
The star has been enjoying quality time with Sean Preston and Jayden in recent months following their previous estrangement.
