The Disturbia actress, 40, made a sweet tribute dedicated to the Sullivan's Crossing star turning another year older on Sunday, Aug. 24.
"Happy Birthday husbando! WE LOVE YOU!! So grateful for all these years together," she began as the caption to her Instagram carousel, which began with a picture of the couple posing for a selfie together.
Roemer and Murray have been married since 2015 and share three children together. They welcomed a son in 2015, a daughter in 2017 and a second daughter in 2023. They have not shared their kids' names publicly.
"We love celebrating you. Grateful everyday. Happy Happy Birthday!" Roemer continued.
Another photo in her roundup was one of her and Murray standing on the beach, smiling on a sunny day with two of their children. However, The Grudge 2 actress made sure their kids' faces were covered in the picture.
The image immediately after showed the One Tree Hill alum laying in a bed, cuddled next to one of his daughters as he gave her a kiss on the forehead.
In Roemer's caption, she referred to Murray's birthday this year having his "best cake yet."
Roemer next shared heartfelt moments throughout the years; eventually leading to a photo of a homemade cake.
"Obviously his side is the one with all sprinkles,"
the mother of three concluded, adding a funny face emoji.
Roemer and Murray met on the set of their 2013 show Chosen. In July 2025, the couple's oldest children made their red carpet debut alongside their parents at the Los Angeles premiere of Freakier Friday. Murray played Jake in the 2003 Freaky Friday film and returned for the sequel.
PEOPLE spoke with the movie star at the premiere, where he revealed his children's reactions to seeing the original wasn't quite what he expected.
"I remember the day before we went to shoot [Freakier Friday], we sat down and we watched the first one with the kids, and it was their first time ever seeing it,"
he explained.
"I don't typically show them a lot of my work. It's not something that I'm like, 'Hey guys, come, come watch what Dad's doing,' but this one was different. I wanted to say, 'Hey guys, this is what Dad's going to do tomorrow,'"
Murray told PEOPLE. “So we sat down, we watched it, and I just remember them picking on me, ‘Dad, what is wrong with your hair?’ And ‘Dad, you can’t sing. What’s going on?’ And they were embarrassed for me, as they should have been.”
