Charlotte Flair is known as wrestling royalty, not just for her famous father, but for her own achievements and accomplishments within WWE.

That includes headlining massive events like WrestleMania and winning multiple championships during her career. WWE's "Queen" isn't currently holding any championship belts, but that doesn't mean she's irrelevant. She'll likely be among the stars in the ring for the company's Super Bowl of wrestling, WrestleMania, in April.

So will one of her newest co-stars, Logan Paul, who is set to participate in another sporting event this weekend. Tom Brady has a huge flag football game, the Fanatics Flag Football Classic, set to occur in Los Angeles, and featuring an assortment of NFL stars and celebrity athletes.

Throughout the buildup to the event, Brady and Paul have been going back and forth at one another to hype up the event.

As the game approaches this weekend, Brady continued his trash talk against WWE and the level of athleticism involved in professional wrestling.

"You know all their stuff is so cute and scripted," he told Sports Illustrated, adding, "In a football game, they don't know, so they wouldn't even get near me."

Many people took notice of Brady's remarks, which were him doubling down on previous comments telling Paul that WWE was "cute." Charlotte Flair was among those firing back at Brady.

"A lot of words to say 'if I had five guys to protect me, I might be ok,'" she wrote in a message resharing the Brady clip on X (formerly Twitter).

Charlotte's remarks refer to Brady having an offensive line of big players in front of him when the ball gets snapped to make a play. Brady, now retired from the NFL and working as a Fox commentator, won't have to worry about any physicality this weekend, due to it being flag football and not involving tackles.

However, WWE stars are constantly putting their bodies on the line in what can be a brutal situation where real injuries do occur. Some wrestlers have been sidelined for months and years after suffering mishaps in matches before they're able to return to the craft they love.

Some believe that Brady might have some sort of involvement in a WWE match, but it seems more likely that his criticism is for publicity.

Most likely, all of Brady's comments aimed at WWE are to promote the upcoming flag football game, and he realizes that calling out WWE would result in various stars firing back on social media or elsewhere. Paul has done similar, even challenging multiple NFL stars to fights, but never actually having any fights happen.

The Fanatics Flag Football Classic arrives on Saturday, March 21, with coverage on FOX, FOX One, and Tubi starting at 4 p.m. EST.
