A Mario Kart fan who boasted about learning to drive while playing the popular video game has been mercilessly mocked after being involved in a three-car pile-up.
The woman allegedly smashed into the back of the car in front, which in turn, hit the next vehicle.
The young driver was seen being quizzed by a cop in a video that has recently gone viral online.
The other motorists are seen standing next to their damaged vehicles on the side of the street.
A large sticker on the back of the woman's black Mercedes SUV said: 'Warning. I learned to drive on Mario Kart.'
And viewers were quick to poke fun at it, as one joked: 'In her defense, she grabbed a little star and thought nothing would happen.'
Another mocked: 'That sticker should be sufficient defense for having any charges or fines dropped.'
A third said: 'Cop: "Why did you crash, miss?" Lady: "Didn't you see my sign, officer?"'
The woman allegedly smashed into the back of the car in front, which in turn, hit the next vehicle.
Another said: 'Forewarned is forearmed. She told everyone so the guilty parties are those who didn't get out of her way.'
Someone joked: 'It's because Donkey Kong was driving.'
The accident took place in Puebla located south-east of Mexico City, Mexico, on April 5, 2025.
Luckily, no one was injured in the multi-vehicle accident.
Another shocking incident recently saw another driver plunge 40ft off an unfinished bridge after getting confused by Google Maps.
He made a miraculous landing and both the driver and passenger survived with minor injuries.
Rudie Heru Komandono, 61, had set up his smartphone on the dashboard of his BMW 3 Series and was following his map to a friend's house on April 9, 2025.
While the app had mapped the new road in East Java, Indonesia, and rerouted him away from the incomplete highway, he was perplexed by the change in direction.
Instead of taking a ramp, Rudie passed through a gap in a concrete barrier and continued ahead.
Shocking video showed his luxury sedan hurtling off the incomplete bridge and crashing down onto the road below.
Rudie was lucky not to hit any other cars as he landed bumper-first in the lane closest to the median.
Two cars and a motorcycle had only just cleared the impact zone when the car came flying down.
He later claimed it was 'not my fault' as he was 'trying to follow the GPS' on his phone.
Medics later arrived at the scene to treat Rudie and his female passenger, Endang Sri Wahyuni, 47, who had only minor injuries.
