An Emmerdale legend was all smiles as he posed with his co-star for a sweet reunion snap after landing a HUGE new role on Broadway.
Bhasker Patel, 69, is best known to soap fans as Rishi Sharma - a role he played from 2011 until he was tragically killed off in 2023.
In case your memory needs refreshing, Bhasker died alone after falling down the stairs and missed his son Jai's wedding in the process.
His on-screen wife, Dr Manpreet Sharma, played by Rebecca Sarker, 50, remains on the show to this day—and she was quick to support her co-star after he began his Broadway debut in Oedipus at Studio 54 this month.
Bhasker put an arm around his co-star as she smiled widely while holding a promotional postcard for the show.
Sharing the picture to Instagram, she wrote in the caption: 'What a guy! What a show! What a city! (heart emojis)'.
In another picture shared by Rebecca, the Emmerdale legend could be seen sporting a toothy grin as she gave her on-screen husband a kiss on the cheek.
Bhasker plays the role of Corin in the play alongside other big-name acting talent including Mark Strong as Oedipus and Lesley Manville as Jocasta.
The actor might not be immediately recognisable to soap fans in the Big Apple this winter either as he now has a full grey beard.

She also shared a picture of herself giving him a packet of Jammie Dodgers, as well as a snap of his play being advertised by the bright lights of Broadway.
Bhasker opened up about his exit from Emmerdale in an interview with Lorraine and said producers decided to kill his character off for 'a big story'.
He said: 'When the producer rang me and said, "I need to talk to you and we're killing you off because we want a big story and it's going to be a big surprise."
'Because my 12 years at ITV, they let me do a lot of other work, so I felt a part of ITV; a part of Rishi; but at the same time... I was working in London as well.
'So when the producer said, "We're going to kill you off", I was like, "Okay, that part of my life with this guy is over and I'm going to move on."'
Since leaving Emmerdale, Bhasker has acted in a number of projects including the gritty South London film, Never Had A Chance (2025).
