A British man who is fighting for Vladimir Putin in the conflict against Ukraine is thought to have been killed after 'vanishing' off the front line.
Aiden Minnis, 39, from Chippenham, Wiltshire, has reportedly not been heard from in nearly a fortnight after he was sent to active combat zones in eastern Ukraine.
He previously filmed himself setting his British passport alight in front of a large Russian flag after claiming the UK government had threatened to revoke his citizenship.
The traitor ended the clip, posted in October last year, with the words 'F* Great Britain, Slava Rossii [glory to Russia]' before firing an assault rifle.
Minnis is said to have last been active on social media on January 25 when he shared a chilling image of himself holding a Kalashnikov in a wooded area.
He also discussed the dangers posed by Ukrainian drones, writing: 'A Kalashnikov isn't much good against a drone unless it's hovering and isn't a kamikazi.
'Need a shotgun ideally and needs to be close enough.'
Ben Stimson, the only other Brit known to be fighting for Russia, has raised the alarm about Minnis's disappearance.

Minnis fled the UK to take up arms for the Russian tyrant when the war broke out in 2022.
He posted on social media, according to The Sun: 'Worried about my comrade Aiden Minnis. He's not been seen for a week. I pray all is OK.'
Stimson added in a second message on Sunday: 'Please pray for Aiden. He's currently missing.'
Minnis's family has given no official update on whether or not he is missing or confirmed dead.
So far no British nationals are reported to have died fighting for Moscow in the conflict, while 40 have been killed defending Ukraine.
Minnis is a former drug addict who was also previously a member of the far-right National Front party during his time in the UK.
He was jailed for four years and three months in 2008 for an unprovoked racially assaulting on a man in the street, according to The Wiltshire Gazette and Herald.
In 2024, Minnis called Britain a 'fascist state' just weeks after Putin won a sham election in Russia where his opponents were either dead or imprisoned.
Ben Stimson - who fled with Minnis to Russia - raised the alarm about his friend's disappearance on social media.
Last year, Minnis pledged his allegiance to Russia and its dictator, proudly showing off a video of his Russian passport.
Back home, he has been disowned by his family who claim they 'want nothing to do with him.'
Last year, Minnis pledged his allegiance to Russia and its dictator, proudly showing off a video of his Russian passport.
'I have a Russian passport. I am now Russian,' he said.
'I am relieved because now I know I am safe, safe from prosecution in the UK, safe from false and bogus charges just because I want to come and fight for Russia and fight for a just cause and the people of Donbas.'
In another video, Minnis repeated his loathing for the UK, and delight at his new passport making him 'officially Russian'.
'Of course, I am happy,' he said.
'I am starting a new life in Russia. I am now Russian. I am happy to be Russian. I reiterate that I condemn my country or origin.'
The video was created by Kremlin-linked propaganda media outlet Readovka.
Minnis joined the Russian army in January 2024 and has boasted about allegedly killing Ukrainians in his social media posts.
In a video posted on X and Facebook, Minnis, dressed in combat fatigues and carrying an assault rifle, can be seen brandishing his British passport before he burns it.
Minnis has also frequently bragged about 'killing khokhols' - a derogatory slang term Russians use for Ukrainians.
Speaking last year, a UK government spokesman said: 'Reports of British nationals taking part in illegal invasion are shocking and their alleged actions are reprehensible.
'Those who travel from the UK to conflict zones to engage in unlawful activity should expect to be investigated upon their return.'
