The model, 40, bought the four-bedroom, two-bathroom Edwardian home in Prahran in 2020 for $3.15 million after she split from her footy champ ex Jimmy Bartel.
Listed with a price guide of $3 million to $3.2 million, the final sales price was withheld after the gorgeous home went under the hammer at auction on Saturday.
However, industry sources confirmed the final price, which had Nadia walking away with a tidy profit, as reported in the Herald Sun this week.
Purchased in October 2020, soon after her split from Geelong Club player Bartel, Nadia had flagged making renovations to the beautifully preserved home.
But pictures used in the recent sales campaign reveal that the influencer and designer made no major changes to the property.
