Though she showed off her new diamond bling, she also made sure to keep the identity of her new fiancé a secret, showing only glimpses of his face.

Sofia Franklyn is engaged!

The podcaster, who rose to fame after starting the popular Call Her Daddy podcast with social media mogul Alex Cooper, announced the exciting news in shared photos on her Instagram on Sept. 1.

While she didn't share photos of her fiancé's face, she captured the moment from behind, sharing the views from the picturesque balcony where he popped the question.

Franklyn captioned the post, "The OG man-eater is engaged."

In other snaps posted in the carousel, the host of the Sofia with an F podcast showed off her brand-new bling. In one video, she dipped French fries in ketchup, strategically flexing her new diamond on her ketchup-dipping hand.

In other photos, she held her future husband, being careful to avoid showing his face directly to the camera.

Fans expressed their excitement for the influencer in the comments, with one writing, "You don't know how happy this makes me 🥺 my close personal friend Sofia since 2018 is ENGAGED."

Another added, "I love when women gatekeep til the ring is on (bc same !!!) CONGRATS 🥹" -- a nod to the private nature of Franklyn's relationship up until now.

Franklyn also expressed her excitement at the date of her engagement, which she revealed in a screenshot of a text message on the last slide of the carousel, was the same as Taylor Swift's engagement announcement to Travis Kelce on Aug. 26.

Franklyn first rose to fame after starting the hit podcast Call Her Daddy with Alex Cooper in 2018. However, their relationship ultimately took a turn, bringing their collaboration on the podcast to an end.

The end of their professional partnership made headlines at the time, and the latter podcaster has shared her side of the story over the years. Most recently, she touched on the subject in her newly released docuseries Call Her Alex.

Franklyn, on the other hand, remained largely silent after the initial fallout. On a June 16 episode of Jason Tartick's Trading Secrets podcast, she told Tartick that she now believes she should have said more at the time. But while she avoided the possibility of "looking crazy," Franklyn said she relates to other instances of people being "villainized" in the media.

In 2023, Franklyn also went viral for her comments, where she said she always asked men for their bank account numbers on a first date. Speaking with PEOPLE, she joked about the backlash she received for the comments.

"That will follow me for the rest of my life," she said at the time. "When I tell you I was working out at the gym two days ago, and a random person came up to me to talk to me about specifically that. I do want to give it a little bit of context. I don't see anything wrong with it. I will say, I ask it in a certain tone -- I'm laughing. So if they are like, 'You're obviously joking,' then I'll be laughing,'No, I'm not,' so that I don't 100% freak them out,but it will open conversation.I'll be like,'Well, why not? What are you hiding?'

She also made sure to clarify that she wouldn't be revealing the details of her bank account to any man who asked.

"I've had a couple, and I say no,"she said of being asked the question."And the reason why is because I know the reason they are on a date with me is for just as superficial of a reason which is the way I look.Or if they wanted clout which,it wouldn't be that much clout, but,I don't know.
"But neither of those things are bad. They're surface level. You need to be attracted to someone, and you need to know the financials that someone else is working with."
