She soared to fame in the Nineties as a popular Page 3 girl, becoming instantly recognisable with her size 8 body and 32E chest.
And three decades on from her modelling heyday, Kelly Brook, 45, proved she still possesses killer curves as she stripped off for the I'm A Celebrity Jungle shower on Wednesday night's show.
With the Jungle shower scenes a staple on the show, Kelly went out of her way to prepare by having her bikinis screen tested, ensuring she'd make an impact on TV.
And the tactic paid off, as she looked phenomenal in a palm print swimsuit with a scooped neckline that clung to her hourglass figure while she larked around with campmates Shona McGarty and Alex Scott.
Kelly - who is an ambassador for SlimFast - has spoken about how she maintains her killer curves, revealing it all comes down to everything in moderation.
Speaking to Daily Mail she revealed her goal is not to lose weight but to 'maintain' her figure and does so with surprisingly simple tips and tricks.
Describing her typical day on a plate, she revealed breakfast is usually a granola bar and coffee if there’s time or grabbing a SlimFast shake to go if she’s in rush.
Up next is another diet shake or a meal replacement bar for lunch, while dinner is the time to indulge.
She explained last year: 'I'll come home to a nice cooked meal. My husband is very sweet, he'll always light a little candle and set the table.
'He's Italian-French so it's all about sitting down and eating together so we do that and a lot of walking.
'We try and keep fit and healthy together. We've got a dog so we go out on weekends for two hour hikes and stuff like that, which we love to do.
'It's definitely our lifestyle; we'd much rather be out walking the dog than be sitting at home watching a movie.'
Reflecting on the differences between her figure now and in her 20s and the public perception of weight, Kelly mused: 'I was called curvy a lot in my modelling days when I was just a very typical, normal looking woman. I was a lot lighter than I am now!
'I was a trailblazer for "curvy" models at the time because it was all about that skinny, waifish look at the time but I worked with lingerie brands celebrating curves.'
But it's impossible to please everyone, and Kelly explained she gets trolled for her appearance now.
She reasoned: 'I think it's a shock for people if they still see me in their heads as that Nineties model.
'I'm really comfortable with who I am and how I look. I'm so glad I don't have any of those body anxieties anymore.
'So if people see me and think "oh my God, she's unrecognisable" they just need to get their heads around it.
'It's not anything to do with me, it's all on them. I don't worry because I'm sure if I looked at a picture of them from like 25 years ago, they'd look different as well!'
Kelly went from a size 12 to 16 in 2018 after moving back to the UK from LA but dropped the weight with the help of SlimFast, and revealed she has to be careful about any extra weight gain because it all goes straight to her now-34FF boobs.
She told OK! Magazine: 'I went on a 6km run yesterday and I have to wear these incredible sports bras and lube everything up so there’s no chafing!
'So I’m just not comfortable being heavier, I’m too much of an active person.
'And also with hormones and getting older, your metabolism slows down, so you just have to be a bit more aware of what you’re eating and how you live.'
Ahead of her I'm A Celeb stint, Kelly revealed she had been preparing by 'fattening up' with chocolate, roast dinners and a few glasses of wine.
She confessed: 'I said I was going to go to the gym and do some big hikes - I haven’t done any of that!'
Kelly also revealed she'd been offered weight loss jabs shortly before her Jungle stint but refused to take them.
Speaking on the How To Fail With Elizabeth Day podcast, Kelly said: 'I was offered Mounjaro literally last week by a doctor. Isn't that insane?
She added: 'I said, "What do I need that for?" He said "everyone's on it" and I'm like "Well, I'm not". I said "What are the side effects?, he was like, "There aren't any".
'There was a whole conversation, but I don't comply. He knows I don't comply because they try and give me all sorts of things. I know what I like.'
While discussing surgical procedures and tweakments, Kelly admitted she wasn't averse to some 'intervention' here and there, but she draws the line at using weight-loss jabs.
She said: 'I love my facials; massage; I have a little Botox because I frown a lot. I do do things but when it comes to my body I'm really precious about my body.
'I love my body; I absolutely love my body. I did a marathon this year and I'm 45 years old.
'My body has got me through so many things and I just love my curves; my husband loves my curves; I just think it's unfortunate that women feel the need to change who they are.'
