After quitting the UK in 2019, the couple first launched a network of radio stations near Auckland before moving to Ngatimoti three years later.
But in 2023, the £15m estate sparked a furious row with residents who accused him of 'colonising' their idyllic village.
And after leaving the UK behind, last year Noel purchased a home in the Isle of Man, with plans to spend time both there and in New Zealand.
He told Manx Radio in August: 'I came for the very first time three years ago, and when you consider I lived in the UK all my life and I knew where it was geographically, I don't know why I didn't come before.

'What's drawn me to the Smile of Man... you're bloody proud of the island; you're proud of the community; across the water there [in UK], you don't get that anymore,' he added.

He could be seen with a light brown lace-up boot on his right foot and a slip-on dark brown boot on his left, with fans concluding the star must have 'got dressed in the dark'.
