Ivanka Trump risked some serious wardrobe malfunctions while enjoying a day out on the water on Sunday with her kids and friends - as husband Jared Kushner was sent off to Egypt to help broker a peace deal to help end the war in Gaza in 'very careful work behind the scenes.'
Last week, it was announced by the White House that Kushner and Steve Witkoff, the United States Special Envoy to the Middle East, would be traveling to the country to 'finalize the technical details of the hostage release and discuss the lasting peace deal.'
During a press conference on Monday afternoon, Trump said that he put Kushner on the task because 'you don't find anybody more capable' than him.
'Jared has been very careful about working behind the scenes this time, he was not on the president's Middle East, Qatar trip this term,' a source told Daily Mail exclusively.
'Think of it as peace through strength, using business as a powerful tool,' the source continued.
'One of the first people that Jared met with in Trump's first term was Tony Blair, so the pair of them have been working a long time on this,' the insider shared.
'Began with the Abraham accords and moved into the next phase to push Middle East peace despite the horror of October 7.'
The source explained that Kushner has 'been very involved behind the scenes.'
