He looked to be in good spirits as he chatted to his stunning Brazilian girlfriend Gabriella, with his jiu-jitsu instructor partner showing off her best angles in a patterned cream crop top paired with jeans and brown boots.
His windswept salt-and-pepper hair contributed to his easy-going style as he took in the sights with his stunning partner.
The pair appeared completely at ease as they made their way through the city streets, occasionally smiling and leaning in close as they spoke.
At one point, Lee was seen gesturing animatedly as Gabriella laughed along, with the couple clearly enjoying some downtime together away from the drama of his ex-wife's unfair dismissal lawsuit against her former employer ARN.
Lee has every reason to celebrate his good fortune after he offloaded his home in Sydney's eastern suburbs in March for more than $8 million.
The sale almost doubled the original purchase price of $4.6 million Lee paid in 2021 for the three-bedroom two-bathroom home.

Details of the sale have been withheld, but The Daily Telegraph reports that the gorgeous freestanding house was sold in just three days for over $8 million.
