There's simply no denying that at 53 years old, Jennifer Garner continues to impress with her age-defying looks and svelte physique.
Just this week, the Hollywood actress commanded attention as she sizzled in a plunging leather Givenchy dress in a photoshoot for Flaunt magazine.
But how does Garner achieve her enviable frame? Here, the Daily Mail takes a closer look at Garner's consistent diet and exercise regime.
Garner's love of exercise is well documented, and she has previously revealed that she works out every single day.
While talking about her morning routine with Drew Barrymore in 2024, she revealed that she likes to start her day by working out and that our bodies 'need hard cardio.'
'We need it in our bodies, but we need it in our brains. Your brain needs it!' she said.
'You find something that actually makes you feel joyful while you're doing it or it won't work,' Garner continued.
Garner - who shares children Violet, 20, Finn, 17, and Samuel, 12, with ex-husband Ben Affleck - has championed Body by Simone cardio workouts, which involve dancing and moves on the trampoline.
The mother-of-three is consistent when it comes to working out and exercises every morning.
'[The workouts] just make me happy! Even if I can only do it for 20 minutes, I make sure I'm sweating by the end, and that's a victory. I don't judge myself,' she told Women's Health.
Over the years, Garner has not only been spotted hitting workout classes in Los Angeles but has also let her followers in on her tough routines by sharing them on social media.
In March 2025, then aged 52, the actress displayed her fitness and agility while doing a set of 18' box jumps.
In the clip, Garner pulled her brunette locks into a bouncy ponytail as she followed virtual instructions from her trainer, The Limit founder Beth Nicely.
Garner is no stranger to challenging exercise. In November 2024, she was seen boxing on the season two set of The Last Thing He Told Me in Los Angeles.
Just weeks before, she revealed what workouts she did to get 'Marvel fit' for the blockbuster hit Deadpool & Wolverine, in which she reprised her role as Elektra.
At the time, Garner shared a montage of her gym sessions in a reel which showed her boxing three times a week, Peloton rides and high intensity interval training (HIIT).
As for her diet, Garner said in 2015 that she does not spend her days counting calories.
The Dallas Buyers Club actress added: 'I dieted for so long in the middle of doing Alias and being a superhero, that there's something in me that can't do anything that extreme,' the mother-of-three, who was 42 at the time, told Yahoo Beauty.
The actress added: 'I mean, believe me, there's always a point in the fitting where I feel like, 'Why didn't I just try to lose four pounds and then I could wear any dress?'
'I just can't though.'
But Garner still does her best to maintain a lean frame.
'With food I'm probably good 80 percent of the time,' the beauty said. But still there are some foods she cannot give up.
'I've found out that I cannot pass up pizza without having some. I just can't!
'My kids have a lot of pizza. I can't go to a kid's birthday party without having a slice.'
