Kady McDermott has revealed her 'secret nose job' to fans as she showed off her enhanced look on Monday.
The former Love Island star and influencer, 30, took to social media to show off the results of her recent cosmetic procedure.
Kady, who is currently in Dubai, had her cast removed there before revealing the news to stunned fans.
In a video posted to TikTok, Kady looked fresh-faced as she showed off her new nose whilst in a car.
She captioned the clip: 'That feeling when you get your nose cast removed.'
It is the first time Kady has told fans she went under the knife, with many of her followers surprised as they said she was already 'perfect'.

One fan gushed: 'This surprised me because you were already perfection girl';
'You and Kendall look like complete twins now. You were/are beautiful both before and after'.
Meanwhile, others urged Kady to reveal the identity of the surgeon who carried out her nose job.
One begged: 'Who was your surgeon please?'; 'Where did you get your nose done?'
Last year it was reported that Kady had rekindled her romance with her millionaire ex-boyfriend.
She went public with Henry Simmons, 26, at the European premiere of Transformers One in September 2024 following reports the couple had been dating in secret for months.
But the pair broke up two months later after she claimed she saw two women leaving Henry's home 'whilst he was in his boxers'.
The TV personality, who teased in December that they had rekindled their relationship, seems to have forgiven Henry.

Kady posted an array of snaps with the millionaire to her Instagram Stories as she flaunted her luxurious trip abroad on her social media.
In one snap, Kady and Henry could be seen sweetly smiling at one another as they soaked up the sun on matching beach towels.
She also shared a fun video of them two posing for a sunny clip while wearing similar cream outfits.
At the time, the pair were spending the week in luxury as their swanky villa sat on the edge of the sea coast.
Revealing the split at the time, a source told Daily Mail: 'Kady has obviously split from Henry, the betrayal is like nothing she has ever known before.'
They continued: 'Kady really thought she had finally found The One in Henry but he has let her down and actually seeing the two women leave his house was horrendous for her.
'She's had such a terrible time in relationships and this has been another occasion where she hoped for a new beginning but everything has come crashing down.'
