Katie Couric and John Molner are celebrating 11 years of marriage!

To mark their latest wedding anniversary on Saturday, June 21, the former Today anchor shared a special post on Instagram featuring a series of photos of the couple together over the years. In the images, they can be seen attending glamorous events, exploring sites while traveling the world and sharing a sweet moment at a wedding.

"Happy anniversary (11!!!!) to my favorite guy," Couric, 68, began a lengthy tribute to Molner, 62, in the caption.
"Wow, Molner, we have covered a lot of ground -- as Dr. Seuss would say, 'Oh the places you'll go' well, we've probably been there! Thank you for being my port in the storm, my safe space, my rock during these crazy times," she continued. "Sorry I'm so messy, aka 'the tornado.' I'm working on it!"
Couric closed out her anniversary message with a toast to their future.
"Here's to more adventures on the back nine as you would say. ⛳️ Ella's right. How lucky to be loved by you. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️," she concluded.

Many of the couple's famous friends left well-wishes in the comments, including actress Michelle Monaghan, who wrote, "Beautiful couple!!"

Singer Richard Marx joked: "Happy anniversary to you kids! Knowing Molner even longer than I know you, I'm well aware the congrats go to you. For PATIENCE! 😂 Love you both ❤️."

Molner shared his own anniversary post on Instagram. Alongside a slideshow of photos of himself and Couric, he wrote, "11 years ago you and I tied the knot! It's a long day... yes, the longest day of the year... so I have time to play this morning and get back soon to celebrate together! ❤️❤️."

Nearly 15 years after the death of Couric's first husband, Jay Monahan, the journalist and Molner met through a mutual friend in 2012. Couric asked her friend, Molly -- whose husband is a trauma surgeon -- if the couple knew of any doctors she might be interested in dating. Molly didn't have any doctors in mind, but suggested to her friend, Molner, that he should reach out to Couric.

"What can I say? He had me at hello," Couric previously told PEOPLE of meeting her now-husband.

Molner popped the question to Couric on a picturesque beach during Labor Day weekend in 2013, and the pair wed the following June in an intimate backyard ceremony. The nuptials were held at Couric's East Hampton, New York, home, and both spouses' children were part of the ceremony.

Later that year, Couric told Savannah Guthrie during a 2014 Today show appearance that Molner had shouldered the bulk of the wedding planning.

"It was very, very intimate and special," Couric recalled of their wedding. "I hate to be shallow, but the weather was perfect and the garden -- it was in our backyard -- and the garden looked beautiful. We had these incredible dahlias all over the place. It was just perfect."

The couple co-founded Katie Couric Media in 2018, with Molner serving as CEO and Katie in a creative, editorial role.

Couric told Kelly Clarkson during a 2022 appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show that what pushed her to found the company was her broad experience in media and the constant flow of information and misinformation online. The collaboration with her husband, "a strong, smart businessman," then came naturally, she said.
