Kelly Ripa boasts an enviable physique - and at 55, the talk show host looks better than ever.

Ripa, who co-hosts Live with Mark and Kelly, alongside husband Mark Consuelos, has flaunted her incredible figure at numerous morning TV appearances, red carpet events and beach vacations.

And with fans constantly gushing over her toned arms and taut stomach, many have been left wondering what her secret is.

The key is simple: consistency.

According to her trainer of over 14 years, Anna Kaiser, the TV personality works out six days of the week for 45 minutes - no matter where she is.

'Even when she travels, she'll do the workouts virtually if she needs to,' Kaiser told Hello. 'Everyone knows that is her hour, morning or evening, she gets 45 minutes in and that is her time.'

Kaiser described her workouts as interval-based with a focus on strength.

'Then I add elements of cardio, dance and power to elevate and make the strength training more effective,' she explained to the publication.

The trainer added that Ripa never cancels her sweat sessions, and exercising is the time she enjoys for herself.

'It has been the same for 14 years. Even if she's had no sleep, she still shows up,' she said. 'If she's exhausted, she still shows up and then we decide how and what we do that day.'

Ripa's fans have noticed her dedication to working out, often leaving comments on her social media posts.

'Yesss arms!' cheered one Instagram user.
'Kelly ripped... uhh! Those arms. You look amazing!!!' agreed someone else.
'Kelly you are so inspiring,' wrote someone else under a post she shared of a workout.

In a previous interview with US Weekly, Kaiser explained she tries to mix up the workouts and make sure Ripa's exercises are balanced.

Ripa is a 'very healthy eater,' according to Kaiser.

While the trainer admitted that Ripa 'doesn't like' protein, she knows it's important for muscle repair and maintenance.

She also eats a lot of fruits and vegetables throughout her day.

Ripa follows a balanced diet, beginning her day with avocado toast with hemp seeds or a smoothie.

Kaiser said that Ripa keeps nuts and seeds in her dressing room for a snack that's 'easy to grab.' Other snacks include yogurt and chia seeds, according to her longtime trainer.

For lunch, she often has a salad with veggies and legumes and dinner is protein and steamed vegetables.

'She loves the dessert, especially on vacation,' Kaiser shared. 'But for the most part, she's very clean. It's important to her.'

Fitness guru Isaac Boots has also previously shared insight into the TV personality's workout routine.

The former Broadway dancer turned fitness influencer and trainer to the stars has been teaching his method, Torch'd, for over a decade.

Last year, Boots said he works Ripa sometimes five days a week and, 'it depends on what the mood is, what certain goals are,' he explained, 'If we want to focus more on legs one day [or] arms, and one day, her abs.'

'She moves every day. She works out. She's a New Yorker. She's in constant motion,' he insisted. 'And I think, not just Kelly, but anyone who is extremely successful in the entertainment industry in particular, is a body in motion stays in motion. And so you have to move every day.'
