Kylie Jenner slashed the price on her $20 million Hidden Hills mansion just one month after the lavish property was listed on the market.
The 28-year-old beauty mogul - who recently joined boyfriend Timothee Chalamet at a Knicks game - first put the residence up for sale in late March for $20,250,000.
However, the TV personality has now lowered the price by $2.3 million and is asking for $17,995,000, TMZ reported.
Jenner was residing at the eight-bedroom Hidden Hills abode while renovations were taking place at a separate house she owns in the same neighborhood.
Earlier this year in January, the mom-of-two offered a glimpse at the transformation of the 30,000-square-foot modern farmhouse which she purchased from Miley Cyrus in 2020 for $15 million.
She jumped to her Instagram stories to share an image of the home's exterior which bordered a dirt driveway and construction vehicles.
