Ali Larter turned heads on Sunday night as she slipped into a figure-hugging dress that showed off her svelte figure at the 32nd Annual Actor Awards.
The 50-year-old actress, who stars in Landman as Angela Norris, wowed fans in a burgundy off-the-shoulder gown which highlighted her enviable physique.
The Taylor Sheridan-created series was nominated for one of the top awards of the ceremony, formerly known as the SAG Awards, for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.
But, despite walking away empty-handed, Larter stole the show nonetheless, with fans agog at the star's youthful visage and toned frame.
Here, the Daily Mail takes a closer look at the actress's consistent diet and exercise regimen.
In June 2025, Larter posted a snap showcasing her svelte figure in a tiny red bikini ahead of a scene for the award-nominated drama.
In the caption, she revealed that playing a character who is 'so comfortable' in her body drives her to work harder.
Detailing her own routine, the mom-of-two said she makes sure to always be in bed by 11pm and wakes up at 5:30am.
In the mornings, she takes magnesium and Gamma-aminobutyric acid, or GABA, which work together to promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, and improve sleep quality by calming the nervous system.
The actress, who shares Theodore, 15, and Vivienne, 10, with husband Hayes MacArthur, said she then has celery juice and coffee, and then goes to the gym for a 6am workout.
'I do a 30-minute interval run and 10 minutes of core,' she shared.
Post gym, Larter showers, and 'dunks' her face in ice water, then 'slathers [herself] with oil cause of my spray tan.'
The star leaves for work at 7am, where she gets her hair and makeup done.
She then has her first meal of the day, which consists of another coffee, lemon water, eggs and turkey bacon.
After getting dressed, she spends 10 minutes of 'deep breathing' to prepare for the day ahead.
The star said she has '10 minutes of deep breathing to break down the BS I tell myself and redirect my energy to a calm confident and creative state while I look over my material.'
Larter goes to the gym every day, where she enjoys running; weights have also become a part of her routine.
In a post shared to Instagram, Larter revealed that playing a character who is 'so comfortable' in her body drives her to work harder.
Larter then said she goes for a walk, which helps to build herself up and feel her best.
In January, on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, the actress opened up about her strict workout regimen and healthy eating habits.
She said in addition to running, weights have also become a part of her routine.
'I take care of myself. So that's what I do. But also, when I say I go to the gym, yes, you need to strength train,' she said.
'You know, as you get older as a woman, it's part of it. You have to do it. But I'm also there, babe. I am like getting through my terror of life. Like I'm working my anxiety out, and then I can start the day.'
In an interview with People in 2025, the Final Destination actress said she tried to eat 'very clean.'
'I'm one of those protein mommies. I eat so much protein all day long. It works for me,' she shared.
Larter, who relocated from Hollywood to Idaho with her family during COVID, said her daily routine also helps keep her in shape.
'I'm cooking dinners and allowing myself to sleep in, or going to yoga or taking long hikes with the dogs,' she told the publication.
'And I'm at every soccer game and every soccer practice, and that really feeds me.'
