The former model spoke candidly about her experience with menopause, admitting it had drained her of confidence, joy, and sleep, but shared how she's come out the other side feeling empowered.
She continued: 'Coming out the other side of menopause and all the years it drained me of my confidence, my sleep, my joy, of who I was.'
'As I wrote in my book I want everyone to know that there is a lovely light, and energy that comes in this new phase of your life, as you embrace your second spring and enter a new relationship with yourself. I promise you will feel it too.'

She also shared a few photography tips, revealing that her years in fashion helped her master the art of angles and lighting.

'This is shot later in the day; under a little bit of cover; way more complimentary—from working in the fashion industry for so many years and on shoots in all kinds of locations; I’m a sucker for good angles and good light.'
