The iconic heart rate challenge is BACK on Love Island: All Stars tonight - and the sexy routines will be gatecrashed by the surprise arrival of a new bombshell.
In scenes due to air on the upcoming episode of the ITV reality show (February 9), former show winner Millie Court receives a text message announcing the challenge for the villa.
'Islanders, tonight it's boys vs girls in a challenge designed to turn up the heat and send pulses racing,' she will announce to her co-stars.
And it's not long before the temperature in the villa as soaring, as the boys are tasked with going first to try and raise the girls' heart rates as high as they can.
Yamen Sanders will be first up, and ready to score points as an NFL player, much to the delight of Whitney Adebayo - who he re-coupled with last week.
Elsewhere, Ciaran Davies will play an oiled up mechanic as he sets Samie Elishi in his sights, and Sean Stone doesn't let a wardrobe malfunction stop him during his performance as a businessman with serious specs appeal.

Meanwhile, Love Island USA contestant Carrington Rodriguez will leave the girls chanting in a pair of American themed stars and striped pants.
And Jack Keating will have some fun with the oil, warning the girls as they watch on during his performance: 'I hope you're strapped in ladies!'
Zac Woodworth will play the cowboy, and despite only having eyes for Millie, leaves Belle Hassan asking: 'Do you take private bookings?'
Tommy Bradley will roar in leopard print, and Scott van-der-Sluis will bring out a bottle of champagne to toast his two whispered confessions to Belle and Leanne Amaning.
Then, it's time for the girls, with Belle whipping the line up of boys into shape and taking her chance to plant a kiss on Scott, who replies: 'I'm in the hurricane!'
Helena Ford has a moment with Carrington, Millie plays the angel, and Leanne is the lady in red, prepared to show Scott what he's missing.
Samie's focus is on getting Ciaran's heart to race, while Whitney shows off some of her acrobatic skills in pink.
While Sher Suarez turns cheerleader, Lucinda Strafford completes the line-up of performances, playing the devil.
Just when the Islanders think it's all over - they will be surprised by the arrival of a brand new bombshell to shake things up all over again.
And it's clear that the new arrival has got a few boys in mind, as the girls watch on in shock from the Terrace as she walks in on the group.
It's not the first iconic challenge to return to the ITV2 show, as last week, the Islanders sat down for an explosive movie night.
The tense scenes that aired last week saw seven Islanders erupt into explosive rows after 'messy' backstabbing footage was played out into the villa.
Movie Night sees the boys and girls dress up to the nines and watch in fear as clips from the programme are played out in front of everyone.
They are then shown a number of clips accompanies by funny titles inspired by famous films.
Scenes included Free Millie, How to Lose Leanne in Ten Days, Some like it Scott, The Sean Identity, There's Something About Samie, Tommy Dearest and Lucinda's Web.
Unsurprisingly, the stars ended up locking horns after watching the footage.

Whitney and Curtis Pritchard were first to clash after a clip is played out, while Sean and Scott were left bickering after watching their arguments on the big screen too.
As viewers will know, the pair haven't seen eye to eye since Scott arrived in the villa as a bombshell on day one.
Scott branded Sean the 'worst islander ever', and then called Sean's behaviour snaky - while more recently argued while playing a game of spin the bottle.
Elsewhere, Samie and Lucinda, who haven't got on since fighting over Ciaran, have been at each other's throats - and in an intense game of Snog, Marry, Pie, Lucinda decided to pie Samie.
Love Island: All Stars continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
