Luxe Listings real estate guru Gavin Rubinstein had a major property win last week after selling a dazzling waterfront home in Sydney for $11.56 million.
The 34-year-old celebrity agent has boasted that the sale of the four-bedroom, four-bathroom Hunter's Hill home has set a new record for the prestige neighbourhood.
"It was crazy," Gavin, founder of The Rubinstein Group real estate agency, told the publication. "It's the highest price paid in the street and the fourth street record for us since opening our office just a few months ago."
Situated 9kms from the CBD, the dazzling pad offers stunning harbour views. Owned by a well-known family in the area, the 1640sqm block fetched $1 million over the reserve, reported the Wentworth Courier on Friday.
Built on the edge of a cliff top overlooking the Parramatta River, this sprawling home offers breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour and skyline. The two-storey spread features a spacious formal dining room with picture windows designed to make most of these stunning views.
There's also a large entertainment deck on the ground floor, adjoining patio and pool. Other highlights include a cellar and expansive storage space. The second floor is home to bedrooms and boasts a 'rumpus' room, study and outdoor terrace.
"Rubinstein said it was sold with plans for development including a tennis court and dual occupancy," according to reports.
Rubinstein's group also recently sold another nearby six-bedroom spread for $9 million which last went under hammer for $6.4 million in 2021.
