As viewers continue to pick apart every detail of her appearance, MAFS bride Bec Zacharia has revealed details of a very intimate surgery she's had since appearing on the show.

The 35-year-old account manager underwent a cosmetic procedure targeting excess fat in her upper pubic area, known as a FUPA reduction.

'I've had a little bit of lipo on the top of my pelvis... like the top of my hoo-ha,' Bec told the Daily Mail earlier this week.

A FUPA (fatty upper pubic area) reduction involves removing excess fat from the mons pubis - the soft, rounded area of flesh at the front of your pelvis - to create a smoother contour, particularly in tight clothing and swimwear.

Bec also revealed her wishlist of other cosmetic procedures she wants done.

'I want my nose done,' she said.
'I'd love boobs - but not big ones. Just little ones. I'm a B now, so like a nice C.'

Bec also said she was considering further surgery after dramatic weight loss during filming of MAFS left her with loose skin.

'I lost nearly 10 kilos in the experiment from stress,' she said.

'I've put a bit of weight back on now, but I'd love my loose skin cut off my legs and stuff.'

She added with a laugh: 'My nose done... all of it really! Plastic surgeons, hit me up.'

But while she's refreshingly candid about future tweaks she's considering, Bec insists that her confidence no longer hinges on what others think.

'My confidence is back. I know my worth now,' she told the Mail.

'People can say whatever they want about me, but at the end of the day, I went into [MAFS] for love.'

Since leaving the show, Bec continues to face relentless online commentary about her appearance, particularly her jaw and mouth.

But what many viewers don't realise is that her current look is the result of a life-changing reconstructive procedure.

Bec's uncle Dr Michael Zacharia performed reconstructive jaw surgery on her when she was 21 after she had been born with a significant chin defect

'Everyone makes comments about why is my mouth like this or what's wrong with my jaw,' she said

'Yeah, I was born without a chin pretty much,' she explained.

'People always make comments like, "How ugly is she? She's got no chin, that mouth of hers." But for me, I don't even care.'

Bec underwent major jaw surgery in her early 20s. She describes it as transformative.

'Having my chin and jaw surgery changed my life. It's the best thing that could have happened to me,' she said.

'So when people say things now, I'm just like,"Say what you want, but I'm happy."'

The surgery was performed by Bec's uncle Dr Michael Zacharia, the renowned cosmetic surgeon and ENT specialist, whose client list includes a roster of socialites and celebrities.

While her time on the Channel Nine show didn't result in lasting love, Bec says the experience gave her something far more important: clarity.

'I didn't find love, but I found what I will and won't accept in a relationship ever again,' she said.
'When you're being gaslit and manipulated, your gut tells you. You have to listen to it.'

Now, she's focused on healing.

'I've worked out a lot of the traumas I've had in my life. I'm still hurting from them,' she said.
'I'm working weekly with a therapist to make sure I'm the best version of myself.'

And in a surprising twist, Bec revealed she's taking inspiration from co-star Stella Mickunaite as she continues her self-growth journey.

'I'm going to start doing some shadow work - like Stella did,' she added.
'It's all growth, baby.'
