MAFS UK star Dean Vary has 'soft launched' his new girlfriend after his disastrous marriage on the E4 show which sparked a 'horrifying' body-shaming row.
The 31-year-old shot to fame on the programme last year after tying the knot with Sarah Gillanders, 31, just seconds after meeting down the aisle.
Team building host Dean, from London, appeared smitten with his new wife and was very happy with who he had been paired with; however, recruitment consultant Sarah, from Abderdeen, didn't feel the same.
Sarah made it very clear that she there wasn't a sexual spark between them and sparked outrage when she made weight comments about her husband Dean.
After trying to ignite their sexual spark, relationship expert Paul C Brunson tearing into 'rude and disrespectful' Sarah over her 'cruel' comments about her husband, and fans fuming over Sarah 'leading on her husband', the pair left the experiment before the end.
Now Dean has moved on and in a new relationship with someone else.
Dean has moved on and in a relationship with someone else and took to Instagram to share a sweet picture of them holding hands.
Taking to Instagram to reflect on the start of this year, Dean shared some pictures and the first to make the post was of him holding a girl's hand while out for a drink.
He captioned the post: '2026 so far has been all about celebrating birthdays, making memories and spending quality time with the people who matter most.
'More laughs, more love and lots of moments I want to remember. Feeling very grateful and very lucky.
'Here's to many more celebrations with my favourite people.'
It comes after Dean revealed that he had a new woman in his life earlier this month.
Sharing a picture of the pair making a heart symbol with their hands, he captioned the Instagram post: 'So I may have been keeping a secret the last couple of months....
'Going into this year the happiest I've been.'
Dean has a pretty stressful journey during his time on MAFS UK and many were left upset over Sarah's comments about his appearance.
During their honeymoon in the Maldives, the pair shared an intimate beachside dinner when, behind the scenes, a producer asked Sarah: 'Is there anything that Dean could do to ever get a sexual spark?'
'Get some tattoos and lose some weight, maybe?' she responded.
The experts then reprimanded Sarah for being 'disrespectful,' by talking about Dean behind his back, leading her to apologise to during the Commitment Ceremony.
After the scenes aired, Dean shared a video on TikTok admitting that it was 'tricky' rewatching Sarah's comments about him.
He said: 'Hello you lovely lot. I wanted to send a message to say thank you for all your kind words and support.
'A lot of you are saying don't change, be who you are and stay true to yourself.
'I can't lie, yesterday was a tricky one; it was tricky to watch, but your love and support has been very well received, and it has helped to put a smile on my face.
'I'm usually sunshine and rainbows all the time as much as I can be. Sometimes you can't be, but you try to be when you can.'
MAFS UK star Dean Vary has broken his social media silence on his wife Sarah's 'horrifying' comments about him, after she was branded 'cruel' by the experts in Tuesday's episode
Sarah broke down in tears after the first Commitment Ceremony, after the experts reprimanded her 'disrespecting' Dean by talking about him behind his back
'I know you guys are definitely helping to put the smile back on my face so thank you so much.
'I'd much rather be a care bear than a bad boy any day of the week, so don't worry I won't go changing who I am, and thank you once again for all the kindness and the love.'
Dean finished his video by saying: 'There's too much meanness and not niceness in this world, so just keep being positive and happy, and keep smiling.'
'Life at life before life laughs at you. That's what my granddad always used to say.'
Sarah also attempted to share insight into a happier side of her marriage to Dean by posting photos from their honeymoon in The Maldives.
She captioned the post: 'TV gave you the drama but here's the real Maldives... fun, drinks & a lot of laughs.'
Dean shared his own cheeky response in the comments, writing: 'See you did laugh at my jokes sometimes.'
Sarah broke down in tears as she realised the nature of her comments, and profusely apologised to Dean, insisting there was 'no excuse' for them.
After the scenes aired, Dean shared a video on TikTok admitting that it was 'tricky' rewatching Sarah's comments about him.
Fleeing the room in tears, she said: 'It was really hard to hear what Paul had to say and I apologised and I'm sorry. It's not me, it's not who I am.'
'Maybe if I did have that spark, I wouldn't have said anything like that. But there's not the spark there so that was the only reason why I said it. I haven't meant it maliciously at all.'
Speaking off-camera following the ceremony, Dean admitted:''Hearing that Sarah has been disrespecting me has caught me off guard, that is probably my biggest red flag. It does hurt me.'
The pair opted to stay in the experiment, but Paul warned the couples that would be called out on any bad behaviour.
