Mandy Moore is in the thick of motherhood as she raises three kids under the age of four with husband Taylor Goldsmith.

The 41-year-old former pop star -- who just condemned political violence -- opened up to People about this stage of her life in a new interview.

'I know that there are seasons of life, but this particular season and chapter is all hands on deck,' she said.

Mandy shares sons August, four, Oscar, three in October, and daughter Louise, who turns one later this month, with Taylor, 40.

She described raising their brood as 'a lot' but added, 'It's also the greatest thing in the world.'

'There's a lot of moving parts at all times, but it's the best, obviously,' the hands-on mom explained.

The This Is Us alum reflected that weathering the challenging parts of motherhood comes with the territory.

'You have to,' she told the publication. 'You just lean in, you surrender, you submit to it. It's wild, but it's the best ride ever.'

And she shared that she and her husband are in accordance.

'My husband and I [recently] looked at each other like, "This is a lot, but I wouldn't have it any other way,"' she said.

She and her spouse, a musician, got engaged in 2017 and walked down the aisle one year later.

They expanded their family with their first child in February 2021.

Mandy said about her youngest child, 'Lou is almost one, and she's crawling everywhere and starting to walk -- well, she thinks she can walk.'

'She thinks she can just take off and doesn't need to hold onto us or anything.'

Following the shooting death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk last week, Mandy used her Instagram platform to speak out against violence.

'There is no room for political violence in this discourse. Ever,' she wrote as she reposted a message from Moms Demand Action. 'You can disagree with someone's beliefs but this is a terrifying consequence of the world we're living in and it's a cancer.'

However, on Sunday she took to the platform again to clarify her statement and explain that she does not support what Charlie stood for.

She said via Instagram Stories, 'Just a reminder that showing empathy for someone who was murdered (even if they would never extend the same courtesy), is not an endorsement of who they were.'

'If you've followed me, you'd understand that I abhor everything that came out of his mouth but we are living in terrifying times and anyone being murdered for their beliefs and exercising their right to speak out should chill all of us.'
