It comes as Helen Mirren and Pierce Brosnan offered a glimpse of their close friendship as they attended the star-studded premiere of their new series MobLand last week.

The duo posed up a storm for the launch of Guy Ritchie's Paramount+ show, after starring in the show as powerful crime bosses Conrad and Maeve Harrigan.

Enjoying a sweet embrace, Pierce and Helen were inseparable as they arrived for the premiere together.

So far, the series has received a respectable 78% score on Rotten Tomatoes and many viewers have shared mostly positive verdicts.

Helen showed off her glamorous sense of style in a Claire Mischevani black mikado coat dress, teamed with matching platform suede heels.

Meanwhile Pierce looked as suave as ever in a midnight blue cashmere coat, neck jumper and trousers from dunhill as he posed for snaps with Helen, and their co-star Tom Hardy.

Guy, who is a executive producer on the show, as well as the director for several episodes, enjoyed a family outing as he arrived for the premiere with his wife Jacqui Ainsley and his son Rocco.
