Neil Patrick Harris and his husband made a rare red carpet appearance with their daughter at a fashion show charity event in New York City on Wednesday.

The How I Met Your Mother alumnus was joined his husband, David Burtka, and their 15-year-old daughter, Harper Grace, for the 10th annual Blue Jacket Fashion Show.

The Tony winner and his partner, who is also an actor as well as a chef, are additionally parents to Harper's fraternal twin brother, Gideon Scott.

Harris, 52, and Burtka, 50 -- who have been married since 2014 and shared a sweet family portrait with their twins on New Year's Day -- were seen posing proudly with their teenage daughter on the red carpet as they arrived for the event.

Their son, Gideon, did not appear to be present at the fashion show with them.

For the event, which was founded by fashion designer Frederick Anderson to benefit ZERO Prostate Cancer, the proud dads and their daughter coordinated in dark green and black outfits.

Harris wore a muted, deep-green button-down made out of a stylish suede material, while his longtime partner wore a forest-green button-down paired with a black coat.

Their daughter Harper wore a sheer black top and left her long blond hair down as she joined them at the runway show.

Journalist Don Lemon -- who was recently arrested after reporting on a protest in a church in Minnesota -- was previously revealed to be making an appearance at the show for the important cause.

The former CNN anchor, who was also in attendance at the Grammy Awards last weekend, has been a regular feature at the charity fashion show over the years.

The annual Blue Jacket fashion show will be celebrating a decade and continuing to raise awareness for prostate cancer research and early detection on World Cancer Day.

Nearly two years ago, Harris and Burtka opened up about their love for fatherhood and said they enjoy how their teenage kids' friends have dubbed them the 'coolest parents of the friend group.'

'They've been great,' Harris told People about their relationship with their kids at the beginning of their formative teenage years in 2024.
'They're surprisingly great. They're city kids. They live in Manhattan, New York, so I find them fairly mature 13-year-olds, but it's nice to see them navigate the world now that they're teenagers with some sense of knowledge and sense of self.'
The acclaimed actor continued: 'That's what we work really hard as parents to do is instill some sort of values into them, and then you sort of let them go and exist, and they're crushing it.'

The two are also parents to Harper's fraternal twin brother, Gideon Scott. The proud fathers rarely make public appearances with their kids.

They welcomed their children via surrogate in 2010, and they went on to tie the knot in 2014.

They met and started dating in 2004, before getting engaged in 2007.

He added that he and his husband are 'very proud of them.'

Harris also gushed about their hardworking children and how much they enjoy being their kids' dads, as he admitted their home has not yet become the 'hangout spot' they want it to be just yet.

'Honestly, they're at such a rigorous school. Literally, they come home and do homework. It's wild,' he said.
'Not a hangout house yet. I mean, there are play dates and sleepovers and things like that but maybe soon.'

However, Burtka chimed in and proudly shared the compliment from their kids' friends.

'We're definitely told we're the coolest parents out of all the friend groups,' he said, to which Harris jokingly added: 'I didn't realize it was a competition.'

Later, Harris added: 'You hope as kids get older that they want to share more with you and are willing to tell you when things are happening, as opposed to just keeping you out of the loop. So that's nice to hear.'

Burtka added,'The more access you give them to yourself,I think the more access they'll give to you.'
