Olivia Attwood has cut final ties with Bradley Dack as she removed his surname from her social media amid claims of cheating.
The TV presenter, 34, separated from footballer Bradley, 32, in January following reports of a 'breach of trust' by him.
While Olivia unfollowed him on social media at the time, she has now removed Bradley's surname from her official Instagram account.
It follows explosive claims he allegedly cheated on her and was now back with his ex-girlfriend Emily Rose Moloney.
Just before the reports emerged, Olivia was seen locking lips with her best friend Pete Wicks at Flute Bar in Soho.
In a new post, Olivia hinted she has been contacted about Bradley's reported 'infidelity' as she appeared emotional.
She was unable to hold back her tears as she urged girls to come forward sooner so she can 'move on with her life'.
The former Love Island star wrote over an upset selfie: 'And reading "hey girly" texts on my break, gals come to the front today please and then I'm moving on with my life ty x'.
Elsewhere, Bradley's 'girlfriend' Emily Rose Moloney said she is having 'the best week of her life' following their reported reunion.
A source told The Sun that Bradley and Olivia's split was reportedly caused by his 'infidelity'.
They told the publication: 'After everything Bradley has done, Olivia's friends can't believe he is back with his ex all while he's begging Olivia to take him back.
'So here it is - Olivia was told he had cheated on her, so went through his phone and saw evidence that confirmed it.'
They added that it was Olivia who ultimately ended the relationship, as it was not the first time she had questioned his fidelity.
They continued: 'She was trying to respect their ten-year relationship by staying quiet but her friends are bemused as to how Bradley is the one who caused all this, and Liv was still trying to protect him.'
The Daily Mail contacted Bradley's representative for comment at the time.
Meanwhile, after Olivia and Pete's kiss was revealed, Bradley was reportedly left 'livid and embarrassed'.
It prompted him to finally unfollow his estranged wife on social media.
Despite his reported anger, another source said that the footballer is 'not surprised' by the image after suspecting for the past year the pair were more than friends.
They said: 'Bradley is livid, he's not surprised at all but is completely embarrassed and upset. He can't believe Olivia has moved on so publicly and they've not even signed the divorce papers'.
'Bradley was hopeful for a reunion with Olivia but after this, he's just livid and will take her to the cleaners.'
They went on to tell The Sun: 'He's suspected things for the past year but she's always denied it.'
Pete and Olivia have previously insisted they were just friends, but they are thought to have begun their fling at the end of February.
Hours after the images emerged, they were pictured arriving separately to host their KISS FM show The Sunday Roast.
An onlooker said the couple partied for about three and a half hours at the Flute Bar.
A friend of the couple said: 'Their passionate romance only started in the last few weeks, since she has split from Bradley, there was no overlap.
'Olivia's close friends know about this new development and are pleased Pete has put a smile back on her face. He has been a shoulder to cry on and there for Olivia during this really tough time.
'She has been in the depths of a really horrible break-up and Pete has helped her through it.'
