Oprah Winfrey showcased her slimmed down figure on Tuesday, while attending an In Conversation event at the 92NY community center in New York City.
The media mogul, 71, looked thinner than ever as she showed off the dramatic results of her journey with weight loss medication, arriving to the event in a skintight white turtleneck dress that highlighted her trim physique.
The star -- who recently revealed she was left feeling 'embarrassed and humiliated' after being grilled about her weight -- paired the look with white heels and hoop earrings, and wore her hair in bouncy locks.
Winfrey was there to discuss her new book, Enough: Your Health, Your Weight, and What It's Like To Be Free, which was published on Tuesday.
The book, which she co-authored with obesity expert Dr. Ania Jastreboff, reframes obesity as a 'treatable disease' and not a willpower failure.
Oprah also posted a clip to Instagram discussing her book, as she candidly shared: 'All this time I did not know, that I was carrying a chronic disease that caused me to overeat.'
She was joined by Ania and pal Gayle King in the video.
'The message I'm trying to get out to people is, willpower is not gonna work if you have obesity.'
'And all this time I did not know that I was carrying a chronic disease that caused me to overeat and caused my set point, or enough point, to continually go back to a weight that was undesirable to me.'
'All this time, I've struggled and fought thinking, if I just diet, if I just work out, if I just put down my fork... and that doesn't work if your biology says that you're going to gain the weight no matter what.'
Gayle added that there is 'science behind it.'
Oprah then chimed in again: 'This is the big thing I learned. Obesity causes you to overeat. You overeat because you have obesity. You don't eat your way to obesity. Big shift for me.'
She previously teased on Instagram, 'Throughout the pages of this book, I'll be sharing my personal experiences with weight and the lifelong struggle I carried until I learned it's not about willpower, it's about biology and your brain.'
It comes after Winfrey opened up about the unwavering support she has received from partner Stedman Graham as she reflected on decades of living with obesity.

While discussing the profound changes she's experienced after using a GLP-1 medication, the media mogul told People her longtime love has been a constant presence throughout their nearly 40-year relationship, regardless of her weight.
'He has absolutely been nothing but supportive through all of it,' Winfrey explained. 'When he met me, I was 200 pounds. And it's never made one iota of a difference.'
Despite Graham's steady support, Winfrey admitted there were moments early in their relationship when her own insecurities surfaced.
She recalled attending a 1988 boxing match between Mike Tyson and Michael Spinks when the announcer revealed Tyson’s weight as 218 pounds.
Winfrey said in that moment a painful thought crossed her mind.
'Here's this handsome guy sitting with somebody who weighs as much as the heavyweight champion of the world,' she remembered thinking.
'In that moment, I felt sorry for Stedman,' Winfrey wrote in her new book.
Looking back, Winfrey emphasized that the shame was never something Graham placed on her.
Winfrey also reflected on another deeply vulnerable moment from 1992 when she attended the Daytime Emmy Awards weighing 237 pounds.
In the weeks leading up to the ceremony, she said she struggled to find something to wear.
Although she had a custom outfit made, Winfrey confessed she secretly hoped she wouldn't win that night to avoid being seen 'from behind.'
'I was confident that we should win Best Talk Show and Best Talk Show Host,' she told People,'but I just didn’t want to be in that overweight body.'

Since she has started using a GLP-1 medication two and a half years ago, Winfrey says she's 'seen all' her 'relationships improve.'
'I just feel like I have more to give to everybody,' she explained.
At her heaviest, Winfrey weighed 237 pounds. She revealed that she was pre-diabetic and had high cholesterol despite attempts to accept her larger body.
Since starting the medication, Winfrey says she no longer obsesses over food and has embraced exercise for the first time in her life.

'I now use it as I feel I need it, as a tool to manage not yo-yoing,' she told People.
