Princess Eugenie proved she has no plans to slow down during her third pregnancy as she enjoyed a busy, fun-filled day yesterday.

The King's niece, 36, attended a baby shopping and pampering event in London before stepping out at Poppy Delevingne's star-studded 40th birthday party.

Eugenie, who announced earlier this week that she is expecting her third child with her husband, Jack Brooksbank, has kept a relatively low profile amid the Epstein scandal engulfing her parents, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson.

Since confirming her pregnancy, however, the royal has made two public appearances this week, the first being the Fuse Communications Press Day in Soho on Thursday, to browse the latest baby and children collections.

The princess, who already shares sons August and Ernest with Jack, wore a black and white polka-dotted shirt over a fitted black dress that accentuated her baby bump.

Photographed sifting through racks of baby clothes and examining rows of footwear, Eugenie finished her look with a £257 army green jacket from Anine Bing and £125 LOCI white trainers.

Adding a touch of glitz to her ensemble, the royal donned gold and diamond-studded 'Mushroom' earrings from the brand Sophie Lis worth £520.

On the night, Eugenie joined her sister Princess Beatrice, 37, at socialite Poppy's glitzy birthday bash in Marylebone.

Taking her look from day to night, Eugenie unbuttoned her silk polka dot shirt, added a shiny blue coat and changed into red heels for Poppy's star-studded 40th birthday dinner at the Hart pub that Beatrice also attended.

The VIP guest list included Poppy's supermodel sister Cara Delevingne, Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, Georgia May Jagger, Baz Luhrmann, Lily James, and Alexa Chung.

While Eugenie rubbed shoulders with pop royalty and global superstars, her father Andrew - living in exile at Marsh Farm on the King's Sandringham Estate - was likely left shaken after being threatened by a balaclava-clad man.

The man was said to have been waiting in a car and started running at the 66-year-old former Duke of York, who had been walking his dogs at about 7.30pm on Wednesday.

Norfolk Police arrested the suspect on suspicion of a public order offence in the village of Wolferton, and 39-year-old Alex Jenkinson was later charged with two counts of harassment yesterday.

Andrew is currently living in Marsh Farm on King Charles' private Sandringham estate after relocating from the Royal Lodge in Windsor.

The former prince was stripped of his royal titles in November and later booted from the Grade II listed mansion due to his links to paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein.

It comes after Buckingham Palace announced Eugenie is expecting her third child with Jack on Monday, but a key detail was seemingly omitted from the official statement.

The message read: 'Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie and Mr Jack Brooksbank are very pleased to announce that they are expecting their third child together, due this summer.'

But unlike previous announcements, the statement failed to include the mention that both 'families are delighted with the news', a phrase added to the official message for Princess Beatrice's second pregnancy in 2024.

Eugenie's pregnancy announcement in 2023, meanwhile, included a mention that the 'family is delighted'.

This year's slightly different statement was perhaps intended to avoid the mention of Eugenie's scandal-ridden parents, Andrew and Sarah Ferguson.

Buckingham Palace did not respond to the Daily Mail's request for comment at the time.

Despite the apparent missing detail, the announcement that Eugenie is pregnant with her third child did reveal that she is still part of The Firm - and is a rare piece of good news for her parents.

The younger daughter of the former Duke and Duchess of York is 12th in the line of succession - and her unborn child will be 15th - pushing her uncle Prince Edward down to 16th.

King Charles also showed his personal support for his niece and her husband by adding that he is 'delighted' - but there was no mention of the child's grandparents in the 52-word statement.

The announcement from the monarch's own office - and shared on the official Royal Family social media feeds - shows that Eugenie will not be punished for the sins of her parents.

Andrew and Fergie, who are in hiding due to the Epstein Files, have seen their reputations shredded and also dragged their daughters into the scandal in their emails to the convicted paedophile.

Meanwhile, in a photo shared by Eugenie, Ernie, wearing a Chelsea football kit, and Augie, wearing a long-sleeved grey T-shirt, are holding a picture of a baby scan.

The 36-year-old princess posted in an accompanying caption on Instagram: 'Baby Brooksbank due 2026!' followed by a series of red heart emojis and one of a baby.

The new arrival will be Andrew's fifth grandchild, following the birth of Princess Beatrice's daughter Athena Mapelli Mozzi last January.

The King's younger brother was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office on his 66th birthday in February before he was released under investigation.

Eugenie and her sister Beatrice stayed away from the traditional royal gathering on Easter Sunday, with the agreement of Charles, amid the furore over their father.

The princesses, who are granddaughters of the late Queen Elizabeth II, have faced scrutiny themselves after their names appeared in the Epstein files; these were part of US Department of Justice document dumps relating to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The former duke and duchess were last seen in public alongside senior members of the Royal Family at the Duchess of Kent's funeral in September last year.

Mr Brooksbank celebrated his 40th birthday this week, with the King's niece marking the occasion by sharing photographs on her Instagram story of her husband relaxing on a beach with the caption 'Happy 40th my love'.

The pair, who split their time between a Portuguese villa and a Kensington Palace cottage, married at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle in October 2018, and welcomed their first child, August, on February 9, 2021.

His younger brother Ernest was born on May 30, 2023.

Neither Eugenie nor Beatrice have been seen with their mother, Sarah, or father in recent months.
