Rachael Ray looked much thinner in a long black Adidas dress on Thursday evening when she attended an event with Brooklyn Beckham and Ashley Graham.
The 57-year-old star was at Mike's Amazing Burger Bash presented by Schweid & Sons in Miami.
The famous chef seemed 10lbs thinner, according to functional nutritionist Dr Wilks, who is based in California.
'She appears to have shed at least 10lbs because her face is thinner and so is her waistline,' he shared with The Daily Mail.
'Rachael seems more svelte than she was a year ago,' he added.
'It looked like she has cut out carbs and has been on a protein and vegetable heavy diet while staying away from processed foods.'
For many years the star has been on The Mediterranean Diet, which is inspired by the traditional cooking habits of Italy, where her family is from.

The 57-year-old star was at Mike's Amazing Burger Bash presented by Schweid & Sons in Miami with her husband.
'It is an easy diet in many ways because it sticks to fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, whole grains and extra virgin olive oil, with moderate fish and poultry consumption,' said Dr Wilks.
'It is also great for your health because it reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and promotes longevity. Red meat is eaten only once in a while.'
Ray also looked happy with her husband John M Cusimano whom she kissed on the cheek at the event. They wed in 2005.
The couple split their time between their houses in New York and Italy.
Ray appeared to be in great spirits at the Miami event as she addressed the crowd while on stage, an eyewitness told Daily Mail.
And she was happy to introduce her friend Beckham.

Ray has talked a lot about how she loves the Mediterranean Diet. When on Dr Oz a decade ago she said that the Mediterranean Diet is 'heart healthy' for her.
'It lowers the risk of heart disease and you can live longer,' she said. She also said it lowers the risk of dementia.
Ray also shared how to best stock your pantry for the diet which can be 'easy and fun.'
She showed racks of olive oil, tomatoes, dried grains like beans, herbs and pasta that are not hard to store at home.
'Dried beans and grains like farro, all of these you can get in a can,' she said instead of getting dry ones.
'They are high protein, high fiber and nutrient dense,' added the chef.
A year ago she showed off a fuller figure when at home.
She also pointed out canned tomatoes made in Italy that are nutritious. And there were many fresh ingredients such as colorful peppers, garlic, spinach and beets.
'You don't need a multi vitamin; you need the rainbow of vegetables,' she said.
And Ray said she eats her salad after her main meal because it's a 'digestive thing,' which Dr Oz remarked was smart.
'Another important source of protein if eggs, because they are nutrient rich and not expensive,' she said. She added she likes brown shells instead of white shells.
She also likes fresh seafood and sardines which are 'good fats,' and she used lemon juice to break down the fat.
Her hit eponymous syndicated cooking show - The Rachael Ray Show - which premiered in 2006 and ran unhindered for 17 seasons concluded in 2023.
She subsequently launched a new program Meals in Minutes in April 2024.
