Rita Ora showed off her toned figure in a series of stylish crop tops as she worked up a sweat on her 'quick pit-stop' to Germany, in snaps shared to Instagram.

In one sizzling snap, the singer, 35, flaunted her abs in a dark grey gymwear set as she posed for a mirror selfie.

Sitting on a gym mat alongside several dumbbells, Rita completed her look with a black bandana and black-and-white trainers.

Elsewhere in the photo dump, Rita shared a clip of herself practising breathing techniques and meditating.

Showing off her incredible figure in a grey halterneck sports bra and lime green workout shorts, the Poison hitmaker took several deep breaths as she did neck rolls to relieve tension.

Apart from giving fans a glimpse into her health and wellness routines, Rita also shared a series of glamorous evening snaps.

In one clip, the singer, 35, showed off her incredible figure in a grey halterneck sports bra and lime green workout shorts as she practised breathing techniques and meditated.

In one sizzling snap, the singer looked nothing short of sensational in a plunging silver embellished dress as she attended a Mercedes-Benz event.

The eye-catching number featured a halterneck neckline, a low-back design, a silver sparkly embellishment all over, and a daring thigh-high slit.

Flashing a hint of sideboob, Rita added inches to her frame with strappy black heels as she struck a series of sultry poses for the camera.

Meanwhile, in another gorgeous snap, the star slipped into a black ruched off-the-shoulder mini dress.

Flaunting her long, toned legs, Rita looked radiant as she sang her heart out at the glitzy event.

The singer also shared several snaps of herself getting ready, posing in pin curls, while another photo showed the star drying her curls with a Krups travel hood dryer.

It comes after Rita revealed how she is preparing her body for menopause and her future family plans after freezing her eggs in her twenties, as she showed off her gym-honed physique for Women's Health UK.

The Hot Right Now singer, who recently starred on the cover of Women's Health UK, explained how she had the time of her life in her twenties when her career soared and she was 'enjoying every second'.

But when she turned 30 five years ago, she noticed major shifts in how she was feeling physically, leading to a complete overhaul of her fitness regime and the mindset that she should 'treat my body like I'm a kind of athlete.'

'I don't want people to get confused with [my health journey] being about me being obsessed with my physical appearance because I think sometimes that line gets very blurred. It's all to do with how I feel,' she explained to the magazine.

As well as taking up weight training, the chart-topper has educated herself on menopause after watching her mother go through breast cancer treatment, which stimulated menopause at an early age.

'I'm trying to get ahead of it and learn about it,' she explained, adding: 'I learned a lot from Davina [McCall] while working with her on The Masked Singer.'

Rita, who is stepmother to her 50-year-old husband Taika Waititi's daughters, also feels secure with her fertility health after freezing her eggs twice, once aged 24 and again aged 27.

'[Back then] a doctor told me it was a really good time to preserve the best quality [eggs],' she said.
'It was actually the best advice because now I'm in my mid-thirties and I have a lot of friends really trying to figure it out. It will just be more of an expansion when the time comes. Davina is always like, "Hurry up - you can do it!"'

Rita and filmmaker Taika wed in a secret ceremony in August 2022 after she bucked tradition and popped the question.

While singing her heart out at the glitzy event, Rita looked radiant in another gorgeous snap where she flaunted her long toned legs while wearing a black ruched off-the-shoulder mini dress.

The singer also shared several snaps of herself getting ready; one showed her posing with pin curls while another captured her drying curls using a Krups travel hood dryer.

After years of not being in the right relationship during her 'messy twenties', Rita said that when she got together with Taika in 2021, it felt 'right and safe'.

Prior to their romantic relationship, Rita and Taika were close friends for five years.

Whilst she has considered a future family, for now Rita is content with her role as step-mother to Te Kāinga o te Hinekāhu, 13, and Matewa Kiritapu, nine; gushing: 'I've loved every second - the girls are just a dream. I think I got very lucky.'

'We have a lot of fun - doing nails, going shopping. I love hanging out with them.'

As well as ensuring her long-term physical health, Rita explained how a 2016 panic attack whilst meeting the then-Prince Charles at a charity event kick-started her focus on mental health.

'Every time I see that photo of me there standing next to Tom Hardy I just remember how I felt. It was like an out-of-body experience,' she admitted.
'But it was also a big wake-up call. That was one of the first times I was like "Okay I need to do something about this." [Therapy gave me] perspective and I think that's what I wasn't trained in.'
