According to the lawsuit, during the Class Period, defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that:

  • ASP Isotopes overstated the potential effectiveness of its enrichment technology;
  • ASP Isotopes overstated the development potential of its high assay low-enriched uranium facility;
  • ASP Isotopes overstated the Company's nuclear fuels operating segment results; and
  • As a result of these issues, defendants' positive statements about ASP Isotope's business were materially misleading or lacked a reasonable basis.
