Ryan Seacrest has outlined precisely what he looks for in a romantic partner.
The 51-year-old media personality listed his red and green flags in an April 6 snippet of On Air With Ryan Seacrest.
'Simple things can tell a lot,' he explained to co-host Tanya Rad and DJ Sisanie, noting that one crucial quality in a potential girlfriend is her 'politeness to strangers.'
'When you're out on a run or a walk or a bike ride, do you say hi to people that pass?
'If you don't, I'm not so sure about you. And if someone says "good morning" to you on the path and you don't respond, that is a red flag,' he declared
The multihyphenate confessed, 'I take everybody out for a little exercise. It's a test.'
It comes two years after Seacrest split from ex-girlfriend Aubrey Paige, 29, whom he dated for three years.
On the latest installment of his radio show, he joked that a green flag is when a woman does 'not have a boyfriend.'
He went on to say, 'I really look forward to getting up and having my coffee. I think if we can't share that moment together, it's a red flag.
'So, "I need coffee" is a green flag. Don't have a lot, and please don't put milks and stuff in it.'
The star reiterated, 'Green flag, black coffee drinker.'
Weeks earlier he said that he was on the dating app Tinder during a Wheel of Fortune episode.
'I love "Love Is in the Air",' he said during the themed episode, adding,'And I'll be on Tinder tonight, so I can find it.'
But he clarified on Monday's show that he 'said it jokingly.'
In April 2024 Seacrest and Paige were said to have split amicably and planned to remain in each other's lives, per People.
A source said: 'After three beautiful years together, Ryan and Aubrey have mutually decided to part ways.
'They plan to stay in each other's lives as good friends and support one another's endeavors.'
The exes went public with their relationship in May 2021 after they were spotted at a Memorial Day party in the Hamptons.
Breakup rumors swirled in December 2023 as Paige posted a photo celebrating Christmas with her family, with Seacrest nowhere in sight.
She also failed to post a birthday message to the New Year's Rockin' Eve host when he turned 49 on Christmas Eve.
