Savannah Chrisley was given a federal warning about her prescription weight loss website making 'misleading' claims regarding GLP-1s.

The reality TV star, 28, received a letter from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) last month, after they reviewed her GoodGirlRX website, according to TMZ.

The FDA took issue with claims made by her company about compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products.

They cited her use of phrases like 'FDA-approved meds,' 'FDA-approved options' and 'clinically proven GLP-1 results' as misleading.

The letter noted that compounded drug products like the ones sold on her website are not FDA-approved, and added that she was implying her products were 'evaluated for safety and effectiveness when they have not.'

The Daily Mail has reached out to Chrisley for comment.

Chrisley was notified that the website was in violation of federal law, and given 15 business days to implement corrections or face potential legal repercussions.

It appears the star has already made some changes on the website to comply.

The phrase 'clinically proven results' has been changed to 'clinically studied results.'

The website also features disclaimers saying the GLP-1 drugs are not FDA-approved.

Chrisley clarified that the issue was about the terminology rather than patient safety in a statement to TMZ.

'This was about website wording, not patient safety. There were no fines and no disciplinary action. We're proud to help women access licensed physicians and we welcome the FDA's guidance.'

Chrisley launched her website in March 2025.

The website offers a number of weight loss treatments, including access to GLP-1 medications like compounded versions of Semaglutide, the active ingredient in Ozempic/Wegovy, and Tirzepatide, the active ingredient in Mounjaro/Zepbound.

Last November, Chrisley revealed her plans to use weight-loss drugs to help shed the 25 pounds she's been wanting to lose.

On an episode of her Unlocked podcast, the reality TV star told her mom Julie, 53, that her goal is to be 'skinny' after struggling with her 'fluctuating' weight.

'My weight has always fluctuated. Always. Like right now, I am almost 160 pounds. Probably more than that,'

the 5foot7inch star revealed, adding that she would prefer to weigh around 135 pounds.

Chrisley admitted that she had previously tried weight-loss injections but struggled to stay consistent with them due to how the drug affected her appetite.

'That's the hard part. So when I'm on the shot and I can't eat, I'm like, "Ugh, I really love food."'

However this time she said she was committed to reaching her goal weight and was planning to use a GLP-1 injection known as tirzepatide.

'I want to start back [on] my shot,'

she said, adding that her healthcare company, Good Girl RX, is 'now selling tirzepatide.'

She told fans that she recently got her bloodwork done 'to see where all my markers are' before starting back up on the injections.

Tirzepatide is injected once weekly and must be administered on the same day each week.

According to the Mayo Clinic, the medication is intended to treat type 2 diabetes but it is also 'used to help lose weight and keep the weight off in patients with obesity caused by certain conditions.'

Chrisley said she chose to go the tirzepatide route because it 'doesn't give me all the side effects' that other weight-loss jabs like Ozempic 'give people.'

'I love tirzepatide, which is great. ... So then I can compare my bloodwork before taking it and after taking it and see where my biological age is, how my A1C is, all those things,'

she explained.

Last November, Chrisley revealed her plans to use weight-loss drugs to help shed the 25 pounds she's been wanting to lose.

She added that she and her mom Julie are 'doing it together' this time, with Julie revealing that she hopes to lose 20 pounds.

Chrisley said she believes people are entitled to feel 'good' in their bodies and that her ultimate goal is to get 'skinny.'

'I want to be skinny. I want people to be like, "Is she ok?"'

she joked. ‘I mean, not that skinny because I don’t wanna lose my a.

‘But I want to be pretty thin because now when I put on some of my jeans, I don’t like it when I go to put on a pair of jeans and they don’t fit...,’ she explained, before bluntly adding, ‘I’ve got to lose some [pounds].’
