Ahead, we picked out some of our favorite looks of the night, including the naked and brave, the sleek and chic, and everything in between.

Cardi B made a late entrance to the 2026 Met Gala in a custom Marco Jacobs look. Her exaggerated lace ruffled gown was layered over a colorblock bodysuit. She completed her look with boots with a 9.5-inch platform.

Hudson Williams wore a custom baby blue Balenciaga suit with oversize black train. He ditched the shirt under the jacket and amped up his glam with Black Swan-inspired eyeshadow.

Blake Lively made her big return to the Met steps wearing a 2006 Versace confection in pastel hues. She accessorized with a Judith Leiber clutch made of artwork from her four kids and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.

As one of this year's co-chairs, Beyoncé had to make an entrance. She did so in a jewel-encrusted naked dress made to look like a skeleton, topped with a feathered cape.

Gigi Hadid went ultra-naked in her sheer Miu Miu gown. The look featured minimal coverage, and she kept her hair and glam simple to show off her natural beauty.

Tyla's custom skin-baring Valentino look brought a pop of color to the Met steps. The dress featured a teal skirt with thigh-high slit and all-over fringe and beading.

Luke Evans paid tribute to Tom of Finland with his all-leather Palomo Spain look with jacket, trousers and globes in burgundy. His matching hat was created in collaboration with Spanish milliners Vivas Carrión.

Lisa wore a custom white Robert Wun look that took nearly 3,000 hours to craft and featured thousands of crystals. It also showed off extra arms in the veil, which are replicas of the Blackpink singer's own limbs.

Co-chair Nicole Kidman sparkled in a blood-red Chanel gown covered in sequins and draping into a dramatic train. She wore her strawberry blonde hair in a sleek, straight style.

Chase Infiniti made her Met Gala debut in a Thom Browne look made to mimic the naked body. Her embroidered trompe l'oeil dress was inspired by Venus de Milo and is made with over 1.5 million stacked sequins paired with tiered silk fringes in over 600 different colors.

Blue Ivy Carter arrived at the Met Gala with parents, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, for her first trip up the Met steps. For her debut, she wore an all-white Balenciaga look consisting of a tea-length white bubble gown with a train topped with a white jacket.

Doechii brought the drama in her nearly naked Marc Jacobs look. Her burgundy dress wrapped her body and was matched with a turban. She was dazzling in plenty of jewels and opted to walk the museum steps barefoot.
