Ben Affleck was seen looking weary during a smoke break on the set of his latest Netflix project amid renewed tension over his divorce with Jennifer Lopez. The 52-year-old actor was spotted on the Los Angeles set of his upcoming film titled "RIP" on Monday morning.

The A-lister took a moment to puff on a cigarette between takes, wearing make-up to resemble bruises for his role. He wore a charcoal grey T-shirt with a massive sweat ring around his neck down to his chest, paired with relaxed fit blue jeans and a black watch. His hair was buzzed as he sported a bushy beard for the character.

"RIP is centered around 'a group of Miami cops discovers a stash of millions in cash, leading to distrust as outsiders learn about the huge seizure, making them question who to rely on.'

The film will also star Matt Damon alongside Catalina Sandino Moreno, Scott Adkins, Lina Esco, Tayana Taylor, and Kyle Chandler. It was written by and will be directed by Joe Carnahan, known for his work on the 2006 film "Smokin' Aces."

This comes just days after it was reported that Jennifer Lopez is ready to start fresh following their 'rough' split. The singer recently filed for divorce from Affleck back in August on their second wedding anniversary.

A source told People that Lopez is 'focused on her own life,' adding that she has had a rough year but is doing well and is ready for Christmas and to start the new year fresh.

Jennifer has been house-hunting for her and her kids Max and Emme, looking for another home after listing her $68 million Beverly Hills mansion bought with Affleck.

"I've been a single mom at times in my life," she expressed while discussing support during an interview at the Unstoppable premiere in London.

Ben praised Jennifer's performance in "Unstoppable," stating simply: "Jennifer is spectacular." He wants Unstoppable to be successful without their past relationship affecting its reception. Ben hopes JLo receives accolades she deserves for her role as Judy Robles alongside stars like Jharrel Jerome.
