The two may not have a lot in common on first glance, one is a duchess from LA and the other is a TV personality from east London.
Though they live more than 5,000 miles away from each other, there are some striking similarities between these two women.
The resemblance between Meghan Markle and Stacey Solomon first became clear earlier this month when the British TV personality revealed she had taken up beekeeping.
In a recent clip on Instagram, Stacey told fans: 'Ages ago I was like, I'm going to get bees. But I thought, I'm not getting bees unless I really study it properly and learn everything about it.
'So I found this incredible lady called Helen who does beekeeping courses, there's a theory and a practical.'
She bought a colony and often shows her children helping out with the bees in the garden of her home, called Pickle Cottage.
Megan Markle recently revealed on her Netflix show that beekeeping is one of her hobbies

Stacey proudly showed off her hive on Instagram, adding: 'I have my very own Pickle Cottage beehive and it's the best thing ever.'
The Duchess of Sussex also showed off her beekeeping skills in an episode of her Netflix series, With Love, Meghan.
Meghan, 43, shared an Instagram a video of her and her daughter in beekeeping suits.
'It's like also that little reminder to do something that scares you a little bit. I think that's part of it, but I'm trying to stay in the calm of it,' she said.
She said that she didn't always like honey but has now come to 'appreciate it so much' after keeping bees.
Stacey, 35, found fame in 2009 competing on the sixth series of The X Factor, in which she finished in third place.
Since then she has had an impressive career spanning music, modelling, TV and social media.
Meghan also began her career on TV, starring as a briefcase model during the second season of the American version of Deal or No Deal in 2006 and 2007.
She held briefcase number 24. Four years later, Markle would go on to play paralegal Rachel Zane for seven seasons of Suits.
While Meghan was a working royal, Stacey was a panellist on the ITV talk show Loose Women.
In the daytime talk show Stacey defended Meghan when she had first opened up about her struggle to balance motherhood and the media attention.
'I couldn't afford for my child, I had to get milk vouchers, the lot.
'I've had two children since then outside of that, in a much more comfortable position, in a much more privileged positio,n but I can honestly say I felt the same feelings each time.
'I have struggled with my mental health equally each time, regardless of my circumstances,' she said at the time.
On Mother's Day, Stacey posted a reel on Instagram featuring her five children.

After stepping down as a senior member of the Royal Family, Meghan has turned her hand to her lifestyle brand and television show.
In the most recent episode of her podcast the Duchess hinted at a future step into the fashion industry, but said for now she is planning to launch a new range of merchandise in early 2026.
'The category of fashion is something I will explore at a later date, because I do think that's an interesting space for me,' she said.
Her previous store sold out in 45 minutes and contained homely items as well as her long-awaited pots of jam.
Addressing her first online shop, Meghan said Netflix agreed that rather than market her products under their brand, it would make sense for her to have her own store.
Meghan added that the 'mom moments' push her to success in the business world, with plans in the future ranging from home goods to fashion.

Stacey recently took to Instagram and shared how her kids are following in her footsteps in doing gardening at their £1.2million Pickle Cottage.
Sharing a photo of three of her kids, she wrote: 'Happy Sunday from the gardening club.

In an episode of the Duchess's Netflix series she said: 'I learned a lot of this when I was pregnant with my son, Archie. My girlfriends threw a baby shower for me, and one of the things we did was learn flower arranging.
'I started to find this really calming and meditative so when I have a little bit of time at the end of the day I do this. I have a glass of wine and just enjoy it.'
Documentary Series
And the similarities stretch even further.
Like Meghan's Netflix series Harry & Meghan, Stacey has a BBC docu-series called Stacey and Joe.
The series features the couple, their children and pets - including four ducks and two dogs - during their day-to-day life at their Pickle Cottage home in Essex.
The BBC One series shows how the pair balance family life with their work schedules and passion projects such as building a two-acre fishing lake.
Pride in Gardening
