O'Connor is an actress and interviewer who met Manganiello at an afterparty.

The Magic Mike actor first shared the major milestone news by describing the TV host as his fiancée at the San Diego Film Festival on Oct. 16, according to TMZ. O'Connor later confirmed the news -- and revealed that he proposed in June -- by sharing a selfie of them with her engagement ring.

Manganiello and O'Connor sparked romance rumors in September 2023 following his divorce from Sofía Vergara in July of that year. A source close to the couple told PEOPLE at the time that they were "casually seeing" each other after meeting at a small, "unofficial" afterparty for HBO's Winning Time.

The couple confirmed their romance later that year and made their red carpet debut at the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) Gala in New York City in December 2023.

O'Connor was born in Los Angeles but grew up in Uniontown, Penn. After graduating high school, she moved back to L.A. to attend UCLA, where she majored in English.

"I didn't really know what I wanted to do in high school," O'Connor told the City Scene in February 2025. "But when I got into UCLA, I started to form a new outlook. As an English major, I could go on to do a lot of different things -- creative writing, screenwriting, journalism. It felt like a broad enough path to explore."

O'Connor previously worked at Disneyland where she portrayed Sleeping Beauty, per IMDb. Even after working for the company, O'Connor appears to be a big Disney fan as she has posted about visiting the "happiest place on Earth" in November 2023 and dressed up like Tinkerbell for Halloween.

O'Connor is best known for her career as a host and actress. She has served as a host for ArsenicTV, Maxim Magazine and TheChive, interviewing a variety of celebrities ranging from Hailey Bieber to Post Malone.

"Maxim is one of my biggest platforms," she explained to the City Scene. "Hosting for them, as well as TheChive and a few other outlets, has really been my bread and butter."

Additionally, she has appeared in a number of films and shows, including Two and a Half Men, Key & Peele, Southpaw and HBO's Winning Time, in which she played Dyan Cannon.

"I've always done all of these things at the same time," she told the outlet. "Acting, modeling, hosting -- it's a juggling act, but I wouldn't have it any other way."

In September 2023, a source told PEOPLE that O'Connor and Manganiello met at a small, "unofficial" after party for Winning Time. The insider noted that they "met in the hot tub and they were talking the whole time."

O'Connor recalled the meet-cute and told the City Scene of the moment, "We hit it off right away."

By September 2023, an insider told PEOPLE that the couple were officially "dating" and were spending time "out of town together" away from L.A.

"They're both really funny together. He laughs at her a lot because she'll crack these witty jokes,"

the insider shared. "She's really witty. So sweet and smart. And he's cool."

A few months after news of their relationship broke, they made their red carpet debut as a couple as they attended the COAF Gala at Cipriani in New York City.

The couple were photographed with their arms wrapped around each other as they smiled for photographers on the red carpet.

Less than two years after making their red carpet debut, Manganiello and O'Connor got engaged.

Although the couple kept details of the proposal quiet, Manganiello was the first to share the exciting news by describing O'Connor as his fiancée at the San Diego Film Festival on Oct. 16.

O'Connor later made her own engagement announcement by posting a selfie of her and Manganiello with their dog. They both wore soft smiles, while O'Connor flashed her new diamond engagement ring.
