WASHINGTON (Dispatches) - Newly unredacted Department of Justice (DOJ) documents reveal that prominent Emirati businessman Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem was the sender of a "torture video" received by convicted pedophile, sex trafficker, and financier Jeffrey Epstein, according to Republican U.S. Representative Thomas Massie.

The revelation emerged on February 10 after Massie and other lawmakers obtained access to previously sealed portions of Epstein's emails.

"In response to my posts today, DOJ unredacted an FBI file that labels two individuals as co-conspirators and tacitly confirmed Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem as the sender of the torture video," Massie wrote on X.

He added that reverse-searching the email revealed Sulayem's involvement, emphasizing that "our law requires victim information to be redacted, not information of men who sent Epstein torture porn."

The DOJ releases are part of a broader flood of previously hidden materials exposing Epstein's connections with high-profile figures worldwide, including U.S. President Donald Trump, Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak, and Prince Andrew of the UK.

Among the shocking correspondence, Epstein wrote to the sender, "Where are you? Are you ok, I loved the torture video."

Sulayem, CEO of multinational logistics firm DP World, which specializes in port terminal operations and maritime services, has appeared in photographs with Epstein.

Other emails released in the DOJ files reveal disturbing sexual content, including messages in 2015 where Sulayem discussed a foreign exchange student in Dubai with Epstein, remarking on her appearance and sexual encounters.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche confirmed that Sulayem’s name appears unredacted in DOJ file EFTA00666117, underscoring the businessman’s direct involvement in Epstein’s network.

These releases have intensified scrutiny of Epstein’s alleged intelligence connections, with some analysts asserting he worked for Israeli intelligence rather than Russian operatives as others have speculated.

A declassified FBI memo from January 30 claims that Trump was “compromised by Israel” and describes Epstein as an Israeli intelligence agent. The document also references Chabad Lubavitch’s alleged influence over Trump’s presidency.

Trump is mentioned thousands of times in the Epstein files, which include serious allegations such as accusations that the former president sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl.

The unredacted DOJ documents offer a chilling glimpse into Epstein’s global network, implicating powerful individuals and raising serious questions about the intersection of international business, intelligence operations, and sexual exploitation.

Sulayem’s involvement underscores the transnational reach of Epstein’s activities and the complicity of elite figures in enabling his crimes.
