Glamorous WWE star Liv Morgan suffered a nasty head injury after a botch during WWE RAW on Monday night.
Morgan will be a key part of WrestleMania next weekend after winning the Royal Rumble, where she will take on Stephanie Vaquer for the Women's World Championship.
The last few weeks has seen the company build up to the show, with the two women clashing on-screen in a bid to build anticipation for their match.
But, this past Monday, things took a turn. A televised angle on Netflix saw Morgan talking to her Judgement Day team-mate Roxanne Perez, before she was attacked from behind by Vaquer.
Naturally, as is the case with WWE, the stars are trained performers and know how to carry out moves and make it look like they are hurt without any pain actually being inflicted.
But, on this occasion, something went wrong and Morgan and Perez actually ended up clashing heads, with a loud thud heard on Netflix.
After, Vaquer threw her WrestleMania opponent through a television screen, and that went smoothly. The pain, however, had already been inflicted.
Morgan took to social media to show off her battle wounds after the show, and she sported a huge lump on her forehead. Her Judgement Day group-mates Raquel Rodriguez, JD McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio appeared to see the funny side of things in the images.
Perez, meanwhile, was seen with a similar injury as she was medically assessed.
Morgan posted on social media: 'You're mine now b*h,' accompanied by a middle finger emoji and four photos of her injury.
Vaquer replied with a photo of a toy doll with its head damaged, but Morgan responded with an updated photo, where the injury appeared to have gone down.
According to the Wrestling Observer, meanwhile, the two stars have entered concussion protocol following the incident, but should be fine to take part in their WrestleMania match, which will take place on night one - Saturday April 18.
The cards for each night were confirmed by WWE on Tuesday, with Roman Reigns vs CM Punk to headline the whole show on night two and Cody Rhodes vs Randy Orton will be the main attraction on night one.
Also on the show will be the likes of former NFL star Pat McAfee and streaming sensation iShowSpeed, as well as Logan Paul.
Morgan, meanwhile, has been with WWE since 2014 when she joined developmental brand NXT before transitioning to the main roster.
In the last few years, her career has taken off after her heel turn and alliance with Mysterio - son of the legendary Rey.
