The former glamour model, 47, shocked fans last month when she revealed she had tied the knot for the fourth time to the so-called businessman.
Kerry, 45, and her toyboy beau, 33, jetted off to the UAE for a sun-kissed Valentine's Day trip to join Katie and her new husband.
However the Atomic Kitten star and Paolo Margaglione flew home after just 14 hours following the alleged altercation.
The news come amid increasing concern from Katie's family about her new marriage with fears that her new husband is scamming her.
Following the announcement that Katie and Lee are planning to 'have a baby', there have been claims that he has been 'piggybacking off his wife for fame and followers'.

Now Kerry and Katie's 22-year friendship is said to have become strained.
'Lee was having some cross words with Katie. He was acting in what appeared to be an aggressive manner,' a source told The Sun.
'Paolo then appeared and stepped in. Lee seemed to be very angry and was shouting at him.
'It all got very heated and Lee threw some punches and one of them landed Paolo square on the head. It was crazy to see this play out. The situation seemed to be pretty heated but then it erupted very quickly. It all happened so fast.'
The insider said Paolo was 'shocked', while Katie was also said to reeling from the unexpected fall out.
Kerry said this week their holiday was cut short because of a 'work emergency'.
Writing in her new! magazine column, Kerry said: 'Unfortunately during the trip, Paolo had to go back to the UK for a work emergency.
'I got to spend literally 14 hours with him before he had to leave, which meant I was left alone in Dubai, which we were both gutted about.'
According to his LinkedIn profile, Paolo is a managing director at Eco Bag UK, a company which recycles and manufactures plastic into refuse sacks for retail and wholesale. He previously worked as a personal trainer.

Insiders told the Daily Mail that he allegedly applied for a £200,000 mortgage on behalf of personal trainer partner Dina Taji without her knowledge last year.
It was claimed that as a result, he was banned from leaving the country; though Lee denies this. He has yet to leave the UAE.
According to Dubai law, individuals pending criminal investigations including unpaid debts or civil lawsuits are not legally allowed to leave the country. The woman reported Lee to the authorities in Dubai who investigated her claim.
Meanwhile, Katie and Lee have insisted they will be jetting to the UK in the coming days following their honeymoon.
Taking to Lee's Instagram Stories on Monday the newlyweds told fans that they would be flying back 'within days' and joked that England should 'watch out'.
In the clip, Katie said: 'So we are still in Dubai and we will be coming to England very soon.'
