The California Post has obtained exclusive photos capturing a flurry of high-end real estate moves across Los Angeles -- from sprawling rebuilds to fresh multimillion-dollar starts.

In Hidden Hills, construction crews are still hard at work on Kylie Jenner's massive estate, where the cosmetics mogul's dream home continues to take shape.

The 28-year-old reality star and cosmetics mogul purchased the 5-acre lot in 2020 for $15 million, with renovations taking over five years.

While it seems the interior work may be complete, since Jenner showed off her brand new kitchen on her Instagram story earlier this month, there still may be some work left.

Aerial photos from late March revealed a number of construction vehicles outside the Hidden Hills compound, though it's unclear how much work needs to be done.

Jenner recently listed her former Hidden Hills home for $20.3 million, which she bought for $12 million back in 2016 when she was just 19, plus a $48 million Holmby Hills mansion.

Nearby, Kim Kardashian's minimalist mega-mansion also remains in progress, though recent sightings of the reality star shopping for upscale furnishings suggest the finish line may finally be coming into view.

While her half-sister Kylie's renovations may be coming to an end, Kim's are still well underway, with new photos showing what appears to be a large garage going up on the west end of the estate.

Kim had purchased the home for $20 million in 2014, when she was married to rapper Kanye West, though there have been serious renovations since then.

She added a new wing in 2024 - and photos from late 2025 revealed that she had removed the basketball court her ex Kanye West had installed.

Across the enclave, Jennifer Lopez appears to be entering a new chapter altogether, recently completing renovations on her eight-figure home.

Her newly revamped compound now features a fully built-out equestrian setup -- including horse stables and a private paddock -- underscoring the scale of the overhaul.

She purchased the mansion for $17.5 million in February 2025, not long after her second divorce from Ben Affleck was finalized, with renovations starting soon after the purchase.

Elsewhere in Los Angeles, Cara Delevigne is moving forward after losing her previous home in a devastating fire, picking up a new $11.5 million property with a more intimate footprint.

The Beverly Hills abode features three bedrooms and four bathrooms, spanning nearly 4,000 square feet.

The purchase comes as she still struggles to offload her Gramercy Park apartment in New York City.

And in Pacific Palisades, Miles Teller is making a major rebound -- landing a huge mansion after offloading a fire-damaged lot at a steep price.

Teller plunked down $17.8 million for a new Pacific Palisades home, after selling his previous fire-ravaged lot for $2 million, at a $5.5 million loss.

The new home features six bedrooms and ten bathrooms with over 10,000 square feet of living space.

From rebuilds to reinventions, LA's celebrity housing scene isn't slowing down anytime soon.
