The 32-year-old pop star completed a grueling workout session with personal trainer Bella Malibu a day after she canceled her tour and sold her mansion for $6.8M.
Trainor held a phone conversation while walking around the Encino neighborhood in red leggings and a cranberry-colored crew neck sweatshirt.
She wore a pair of thin-framed eyeglasses, ribbed white socks, and white sneakers.
Her long, straight, glossy blonde hair flowed down her back and over her chest as she went makeup-free.
The Made You Look hitmaker pulled the plug on her Get In Girl tour this week, announcing the news on social media.
The 33-date undertaking included special guests Icona Pop and Trainor's brother Ryan Trainor.
The cancellation comes three months after the singer announced the birth of her third child with husband Daryl Sabara, a daughter named Mikey Moon.

The two-month tour was scheduled from June 12-August 15.

She vowed to her 18 million followers,
“I PROMISE I’LL BE BACK SOON, AND I CAN’T WAIT FOR YOU TO HEAR THIS NEW RECORD. I’M SO PROUD OF IT AND I’M ENDLESSLY GRATEFUL FOR YOUR LOVE AND SUPPORT ALWAYS.”
Her new album Toy With Me is slated to be released next week on April 24.
Teasing the tour last fall, the entertainer told People magazine,
“I’M GOING TO DO DANCE LESSONS. I’M GOING TO BE VERY FIT.”
