NFL Network personality Jamie Erdahl made her return to 'Good Morning Football' on Monday, after taking a brief hiatus due to a family member's 'tragic health situation'.

Erdahl, 37, had been absent from the NFL Network show in recent weeks and, last Wednesday, revealed that she was dealing with an 'extremely personal matter'.

On Monday, however, she made her long-awaited return to the show and was warmly welcomed by her co-hosts, who shared a heartfelt message to begin the program.

'It's fantastic to see your face here on JMFB, Jamie Morning Football,' co-host Kyle Brandt joked. 'We've missed you, we love that you're here.
'Nothing has changed in the NFL, it's no big deal, there's been nothing weird, there's been nothing exciting. You missed nothing - you missed a lot, Jamie!'

The 37-year-old flashed a smile as she thanked Brandt and her fellow co-hosts Manti Te'o and Willie Colon for the warm welcome back.

The official 'GMFB' account on X posted the clip on social media, writing: 'Great to have you back @JamieErdahl'.

They also posted a picture of Erdahl on set on their Instagram story with the caption: 'SO BACK'.

Meanwhile, social media was inundated with heartfelt messages from fans, who were clearly glad to see the 37-year-old back on their screen.

On March 11, Erdahl broke her silence on her absence from the NFL Network show with a statement on social media.

'Since curiosity is mounting I'll share what I feel comfortable with,' the 37-year-old posted on X.
'I have been away from @GMFB due to an extremely personal [and] tragic health situation of an immediate family member.
'I want to thank my leaders at the NFL for allowing me this time at home. I'll be back on Monday.'

Erdahl, 37, also anchors Good Morning Football: Overtime and contributes to CBS Sports' coverage of March Madness.

It was recently announced that she will be providing game updates during this year's NCAA tournament.

Before joining NFL Network, the 37-year-old served as a sideline reporter for the 'NFL on CBS.'

Erdahl also worked as the lead reporter on 'SEC on CBS' and as an in-studio host of the network's NFL coverage.
